Baroness Léonie Cooreman, known under the stage name Annie Cordy (16 June 1928 – 4 September 2020) was a Belgian movie actress and singer. She appeared in 50 movies beginning in 1954.

She staged many memorable appearances at Bruno Coquatrix' famous Paris Olympia. Her version of "La Ballade de Davy Crockett" was number 1 in the charts for five weeks in France in August 1956.[1]

Cordy died on 4 September 2020 from cardiac arrest in Vallauris, France, aged 92.[2]
