Card Creating Sunday - My Cricut Craft Room
Its time for Card Creating Sunday! Erica at My Cricut Craft Rom has fun and inspiring posts everyday from the Design Team. Today I have my newest project and a bonus. I made a birthday card for my grandson Kamdyn using Boys Will Be Boys. I love the rocket on that cartridge and this one was cut at 4" . The card base was cut from cardstock at 10" X 5" and then scored to make a 5 X 5 card. I used a corner rounder and rounded the edges.
I also used the Calligraphy cartridge to make the swirls coming out of the bottom of the rocket ship. I also cut another rocket ship at 7 inches and used it and all of the corresponding layers to decorate Kamdyn's gift bag. Here is the birthday boy: Happy Birthday Kam!

Home Decor for Fall
I am entering this in the weekly challenge on the Cricut Circle message board. I used so many cartridges on this!! Create a Critter for the apples, Walk in My Garden for the Sunflowers (plus brown Stickles on the center piece) Just Because Cards for the pears, Country Life for the wheat, B is for Boy on the Leaves, October 31 for the pumpkin, Calligrapy for the title. I am going to frame it and put it in my kitchen!
