FAREWELL
RED-LIGHT CAMERAS

Over the past several years,
I've received traffic violation notices
in the mail (with $100 fines),
stating my car has been photographed
driving through a red-light stop sign.

No recourse.   No defense.
But to write a check, and mail it in.

Finally, the Missouri Supreme Court
has struck down this unfair practice.

No more red-light camera tickets!
Hooray!

  7. Who does everyone assume I've been driving through red lights? No, no . . . this is not the case. I've received "camera citations" in the past, for making right turns on red lights, which in some parts (not all) of St. Louis, is violating the law. So, hooray for eliminating this silly violation.

    1. Why in earth it's a violation to turn right in red- lights? It really seems a silly law.
      I'm glad you enlightened us.
      Pardon me for my "blindness".

      Hooray kisses

  11. Good to know they finally stopped this practice.
It seems strange they would reverse though... but it is positive to realise we can still have weight!
