RESUMO
As mulheres constituem o maior número de usuárias da atenção primária à saúde, sendo que
está demanda é de mulheres que se encontra-se em idade fértil, são ainda presentes na unidade
de saúde (UBS) ,tem contatos com as equipes de saúde da família, como acompanhantes ou
cuidadoras de filhos, netos, idosos, companheiros estas visitas acabam criando oportunidade
para abordar a relação da saúde pessoal.
Conclusão :São inúmeros os benefícios que profissional de enfermagem pode atingir com o
processo de enfermagem bem elaborado, proporcionando qualidade na assistência prestada a
saúde da mulher.

ABSTRACT
The study presented will address through bibliographic research the health of women in
primary care with the intervention of nurses.
The objective is to know and the means of prevention in women's health with the nursing
process.
Women constitute the largest number of users of primary health care, and this demand is
women who are of childbearing age, are still present in the health unit (UBS), have contacts
with family health teams, such as companions or caregivers of children, grandchildren,
elderly, companions these visits end up creating opportunity to address the relationship of
personal health.
In primary care, nursing professionals have a great opportunity to plan women's health care,
and may address relevant issues such as sexual, reproductive, pregnancy-puerperal health,
disease prevention, women victims of sexual violence, vaccines, among other topics.
The nurse has the autonomy and competence to diagnose, plan, implement the actions, and
evaluate the results. When performing the nursing consultation, the woman will go through the
preliminary examination that covers: weight, height, Imc, vital signs, breast exams, Pap smear,
abdomen, upper and lower limbs, cardiac and pulmonary auscultation, through this evaluation
the professional traces the care to be provided to the woman, being able to evolve in the sisreg
system, through the nursing process, reducing the risks that compromise the woman's health.
Conclusion: There are many benefits that nursing professionals can achieve with a well
elaborated nursing process, providing quality care to women's health.
