Evaluation of the protective garments was based on the performance requirements of

section 7.1.5 of NFPA 2112-2018, Standard on Flame Resistant Garments for
Protection of Industrial Personnel Against Flash Fire, which states:
A avaliação desses itens foi baseada nos requisitos do ponto 7.1.5 da NFPA 2112-2018 , Standard de
peças de vestuário à prova de fogo para a Proteção de Pessoal industrial contra incêndio. Que afirma:
“Specimen garments shall be tested for overall flash fire exposure as specified in
section 8.5, Manikin Test, as a qualification test for the material and shall have a body
burn rating of not more than 50 %.”
"Os itens testados deve ser exposta a um incêndio, conforme especificado na Seção 8.5, Teste de
Manequim, qualificando como um material de teste e um percentual de queimaduras com menos de 50 %."
For test results in this report, this performance requirement is interpreted as: The
percentage of the total mannequin surface reaching the 2nd and 3rd degree burn
criteria shall not exceed 50%.

2.- AITEX shall not be liable in any case of misuse of the test materials nor for undue interpretation or use of this document
3.- The original test report is kept in AITEX. An electronic copy of it is delivered to the costumer which keeps the value from the
original one as far as the security properties of the document are not violated. A hard copy of this report with the AITEX logotype
sealed in all the pages, keeps the original value.
4.- The results are considered to be the property of the applicant, and AITEX will not communicate them to third parties without prior
permission. After one month, AITEX may use the results for statistical or scientific purposes.
5.- None of the indications made in this report may be considered as being a guarantee for the trade marks mentioned herein.
6.- In the eventuality of discrepancies between reports, a check to settle the same will be carried out in the head offices of AITEX.
Also, the applicants undertake to notify AITEX of any complaint received by them as a result of the report, exempting this Centre from
all liability if such is not done, the periods of conservation of the samples being taken into account.
7.- AITEX may include in its reports, analyses, results, etc., any other evaluation which it considers necessary, even when it has not
been specifically requested.
8.- The uncertainties of the tests, which are made explicit in the Results Report, have been estimated for a k = 2 (probability of
coverage of 95%). If not informed, they are available to the client in AITEX.
9. - The original materials and rests of samples, not subject to test, will be retained in AITEX during the twelve months following the
issuance of the report, so that any check or claim which, in his case, wanted to make the applicant, should be exercised within the
period indicated.
10.- This report may only be sent or delivered by hand to the applicant or to a person duly authorised by the same.
11.- The results of the tests and the statement of compliance with the specification in this report refer only to the test sample as it has
been analyzed / tested and not the sample / item which has taken the test sample.
12.- AITEX laboratories are placed in Alcoy.
13.- The client must attend at all times, the dates for conducting the tests.

2.- A AITEX não se responsabiliza, em caso algum, pela má utilização dos materiais ensaiados nem pela interpretação ou utilização indevida que
possa ser feita deste documento.
3.- O relatório original emitido é guardado na AITEX. Ao cliente, é proporcionada uma cópia electrónica que detém o mesmo valor do original, e
será válida desde que não se alterem as propriedades de segurança do documento. Uma cópia impressa com o logotipo da AITEX marcado com
o selo branco em todas as páginas, detém o mesmo valor do original.
4.- Os resultados são considerados propriedade do requerente, e, sem autorização prévia, a AITEX abstém-se de os comunicar a terceiros. Após
um mês, a AITEX poderá utilizar os resultados para fins estatísticos ou científicos.
5.- Nenhuma das indicações formuladas neste relatório poderá ter carácter de garantia para as marcas comerciais que eventualmente o citem.
6.- Perante possíveis discrepâncias entre relatórios, proceder-se-á a uma verificação dirimente na sede central da AITEX. Assim, o requerente
fica obrigado a notificar à AITEX qualquer reclamação que receba baseada no relatório, eximindo este Centro de toda a responsabilidade no caso
de não o fazer, e considerando os prazos de conservação das amostras.
7.- A AITEX poderá incluir nos seus relatórios, análises, resultados, etc., quaisquer outras valorizações que considere necessárias, mesmo que
estas não tenham sido expressamente solicitadas.
8.- As incertezas dos testes, que são explicitados no Relatório de Resultados, foram estimados para k = 2 (probabilidade de cobertura de 95%).
Se não informado, eles estão disponíveis para o cliente na AITEX.
9.- Os materiais originais, ou amostras de sobras não submetidas a julgamento, serão retidas na AITEX durante os doze meses seguintes à
emissão do relatório, para que a verificação ou qualquer alegação de que, no caso dele, queria fazer o requerente, deve ser exercida no prazo
indicado.
10.- Este relatório apenas pode ser enviado o entregue em mão ao requerente ou a uma pessoa devidamente autorizada por ele.
11.- Os resultados dos testes e da declaração de conformidade com a especificação neste relatório referem-se apenas à amostra de teste, uma
vez que foi analisada / testado e não a amostra / item que tomou a amostra de teste.
12.- Os laboratórios da AITEX encontram-se localizados em Alcoy.
13.- O cliente deve prestar atenção em todos os momentos, as datas para a realização dos ensaios.
