Ingredients: 
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
*1 2/3 c - 2 cups cassava flour 
3 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil + more for cooking 

Directions: 
Boil sweet potatoes and let them chill by adding them to a bowl of ice. Peel, then add the sweet potatoes to a bowl and mash them up. 🌱 2 cups mashed sweet potato
🌱 1 1/4 cup cassava flour
🌱 1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil, melted |

✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨

🌱 Boil peeled and chopped sweet potatoes (about 1.5 medium size) until fork tender. Mash and add other ingredients. Oil your hands and create 6 equal balls then put each between 2 parchment papers and roll then use a bowl or something of round shape to create tortillas. Pan- fry for couple minutes each side.|
