How wonderful to experience the wonder of Christmas wandering through York! Having visited there a few times, I can visualize the place, but with the addition of lights and the holiday spirit, it must be truly magical. Wishing you and yours a wonderful Christmas season and all the best for 2012.
There wasn't much sign of Christmas where I went today (although I strongly suspect a lot of "Turkey and Tinsellers" were revelling behind closed doors! I'd have preffered to be in York! x
I love York at any time of year but at Christmas I think it is at its finest. Hope you have had a wonderful time there. Happy Christmas to you and yours:)
Certainly looks magical. Also enjoyed your video of the Roman march. Pretty cool.

I love being out when it's getting dark and the lights give you that festive feeling.

ReplyDeleteGlad you are enjoying your stay in York, it looks wet on the road though. I hope it hasn't rained on you.
