The goal of this study is to use machine learning approaches to anticipate and evaluate customer complaint data. The current study used logistic regression and support vector machine (SVM) to predict customer complaints, and evaluated the datasets using machine learning techniques after collecting five distinct length datasets from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) website and cleaning the data. Both logistic regression and SVM can accurately predict customer complaints, according to this study, but SVM gives the greatest accuracy. The current study also found that SVM provides the highest accuracy for a one-month dataset and Logistic regression provides for a three-month dataset. In addition, machine learning codes were utilized to display and tabulate consumer complaints across many dimensions.

Utilizing the bibliographic data of 300 articles extracted from the Scopus database, we primarily employed Biblioshiny software, resulting in 673 authors from 69 different countries and 496 different institutions. Furthermore, the yearly publication of the 300 documents rose from 1 in 1996 to 24 in 2022, with an average age of 6.08 years and a citation rate of 13.79 yearly. Remarkably, the number of publications on this subject accelerated in 2014. According to the study’s findings, the most productive country in line with research publishing is the USA. The Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework was complemented with the individual context elements to develop the conceptual model for the present study. The framework was developed based on the two-pronged strategy: an extant literature review and a focus group interview with panel of experts. Subsequently, a questionnaire-based survey was conducted, and data from 111 SMEs were collected. The researchers tested the model and related hypotheses, employing multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that the firm size, competitive pressure, entrepreneur’s innovativeness, and IT savviness significantly influence the e-business adoption in SMEs. The findings and conclusions of the study, as well the future research prospects, are discussed.

Drawing on social-exchange theory, this study aims to explore the mediating effect of participative leadership on the relationship between employee work innovative behavior (EWIB) and the survival of SMEs after the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data from 390 managers randomly selected from 114 medium-sized enterprises in Saudi Arabia. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to examine the hypothesized relationships between the research variables. The results of the study indicate a significant and positive association between EWIB and participatory leadership. The scholars of ‘City Branding’ believed that the concept of branding helps the city in marketing activities. A city metaphorically could be seen as an entity given the advantage to display its visual characteristics to tourists, visitors, and residents. Unique visual identity such as iconic architecture and graphic design could make a city stands out from the others. Thus, the research examined the role of visual identity in city branding. Specifically, the aim was to contribute to better understanding of the concept of ‘visual identity’ in Southeast Asian cities. Netnography approach was employed to gain better understanding of the notion of visual identity of city branding and refine a conceptual framework that has been developed based on the existing literature. The current research examines the causal relationships of career competencies (reflective, communicative, and behavioral), job involvement (JI), and organizational commitment (OC), with turnover intention (TI) of Saudi employees in the tourism and hospitality sector. This study utilizes structural equation modeling (SEM) and analyzes data collected from a sample of 436 Saudi employees in the tourism and hospitality sector, positive associations were found between career competencies (reflective and behavioral) and job involvement. Positive associations were found between career competencies (reflective and communicative) and organizational commitment. Furthermore, positive associations were found between job involvement and organizational commitment. On the other hand, the research revealed the negative associations between career competencies (communicative and behavioral), job involvement, and organizational commitment with employees' turnover intention. The organizational commitment had partial mediating effects on the relationship between career competencies and turnover intention. The implications of these findings for the industry and future research are deliberated as well.

However, studies have demonstrated the vital role of innovation in improving enterprises’ performance and increasing the likelihood of their viability. This study aims to develop a theoretical model to provide insights about the association between innovation practices and the SMEs’ performance and survival while underlining the auxiliary role of external support in such a relationship. Online questionnaire has been used to collect the data from 259 randomly selected SME managers in Saudi Arabia, and the data was analyzed using SmartPLS3 software. The structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) bootstrap results indicated that external support aids strengthen the positive impact of SMEs’ innovation practices on business survival. These findings have significant implications for policy makers and SME managers.

Stakeholders consider ESG as a core value while strategizing their investment decisions in the capital market as these factors have the leveraging potential for risk return tradeoff, although they are difficult to measure in financial terms. In the volatile capital markets across the globe, the ability of corporate business models to adapt to changes in the economic environment demands the consideration of ESG reporting by the external stakeholders. Thus there is rising demand for ESG reporting and analysis by external stakeholders, including stock exchanges, investors, financial analysts, and corporations, because they have the leveraging potential for risk return trade-off and for sustainable development. The present study analyzes the ESG scores for all the shares listed in the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) based on selected ranking tools. The analyzed result reveals the current sustainability landscape of businesses in KSA and suggests how responsible investors can uncover value of investment through ESG and how the benefit of this reliable, consistent, and relevant metrics fosters long-term stock market sustainability. The results of the study will enable investors to strategize their capital market-related investment decisions. The result of analysis reveals the current sustainability landscape of businesses in KSA and suggests how responsible investors can uncover value of investment through ESG scores as they consider the material components that affect corporate and investment performance.

The framework will. assist in the design of relevant and targeted S-ENT education courses aimed at creating a S-ENT mindset for learners. A systematic literature review following PRISMA guidelines was used to evaluate the existing evidence from the literature. The paper consolidates the views into a comprehensive framework integrating the different elements of S-ENT education. The framework describes the three main components 1). Inputs-which characterize the personal profiles, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the students/learners 2) Process-which constitutes mainly the pedagogical approach specific to S-ENT 3) Output-which specifies the desired changes in social entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and competencies as well as outlines the assessment of S-ENT learning. The framework represents a flexible approach to accommodate the participant (students, social entrepreneurs, managers, and academicians) needs and the demands of the particular S-ENT sector.

This conceptual paper investigating how contemporary marketing communication practices are affected and manifested by existing knowledge of cultural politeness. The influence of cultural politeness can still be found in the contemporary business settings although its origins can be traced back to various civilization. For instance, marketing communication ethics in developing of promotion, advertising and branding content are related to the politeness behaviour. This study examined cultural concepts that are largely overlooked in the marketing literature in analysing cultural politeness in marketing communication from perspectives of western, African and Asian cultures. Although, the marketing communication is growing rapidly in business activities, only little scholarly attention has attempted to explore the cultural foundations and underpinnings that influence and shape marketing practices. Cultural politeness can serve as a potential catalyst for some desirable and particular practices of marketing communication including the great importance in giving social relations priority over work performance.
