Should not be in business.

So my gf wants a combo washer and dryer...I can barely can afford it....but that's not the worst part...I asked this woman is this a combo one..?...she hits me with I don't know....it says it...completely feeling miserable like I don't freaking matter what a joke no help what so ever...1 get her out that department 2 have your employees be a little more flexible with your customers.... immediately left your store ...she didn't even try to help me...lucky I didn't go the f#@! ...off.on the corner of Lewis and Alexis....used to be my favorite store 3,000 might not be a big number for your corporation but we are people 1st...so freaking angry about this.

Terrible packaging - lack of responsibility

I made an online order. Half of the products arrived broken (not slightly but shattered into million pieces). They don’t accept any responsibility and I have to pay for their terrible packaging. If you don’t know how to package delicate items, why bother selling them online? Customer service is terrible, they respond only on 3-4 days to tell you they’re sorry but they can’t do anything.

Should shut down!!!

Went to Home Depot For 1x4x12 Pressure treated and first I had to locate the item from an employee and found it with no markings.There were 6 boards only they were picked threw and no more then 6. This is the way home Depot runs a business.POORLY. Cant depend on Quality or having stock on items in there store.

Depot does not respect its…

Depot does not respect its commitments!!
We have written a review about this company.
And we leave you the choice, if you want the company in question to be informed of your opinion, we have validated this choice.
And to this day, still NO REACTION from this company.
Was the company really informed, or rather this company just doesn't care!??
Anyway, from the start, she didn't care!!
But.....I have time to waste!!

Home Depot /Not trustworthy

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our kitchen. We got an advertisement from Home Depot that they could come in and redo it, depending on what we had done. We could get a cabinet makeover, counter top, a back splash, and it would only take up to five days. It was sold as a five day project to us. We signed a contract on 04/27/22, with a start date of 09/28/22, and a finish date of 10/26/22. That is not what happened! The project was not completed in five consecutive days, it was drawn out , and never was finished till 12/06/22! We would call them to try to get answers to why it was not being completed, and they would never even answer our calls, or call us back. They breached our contract, and would never give us a reason why? We had all of our kitchen cleared out just the way they wanted it to be . The counter top was put in...then nothing!! No call at all! We had to call them. Got no answers at all. So we lived with our whole kitchen messed up, All of our stuff was in the garage, or bedrooms, for close to three months. We even went over to our Home Depot where we live, and told them what was going on, and the manager became our advocate , but this company would not even answer her calls! She had to email them. These people have no integrity at all. We will never do business concerning home projects with Home Depot again. They are not trustworthy. CONSUMER BEWARE!!

BEWARE ! ! ! Rip Off took my money, my bank caught them trying to charge ninety dollars to my account, but they charged my account twice before my bank caught them.

So bad…No respect to people

So bad…No respect to people. Stuff it’s not telling the return information correctly. They will do anything to give you the money there. There is no way youcan return the money. Insolence in the first place. And aside from the fact that they have nothing nice to buy. Don’t go there.

Death trap!!!

I worked a Christmas shift, and in the six months that I worked there there were very many complaints of electronics sold at the store and all locations that blew out and caught fire. The popcorn machines the Christmas lights and the candles all exploded in a way that caught peoples homes on fire. I have also had equipment in My Home that has blown out and caused an issue. For the love of God stay away from anything edible I seen with my own eyes and have proof that the dates are changed frequently so that the food can be stored and sold a year later food for Christmas and Valentine’s Day and any other holiday such as hard candies being stored in a cold room where God knows what is running all over it. Also as a worker I have learned with experience and if you don’t believe me there is proof online that workers are often fired after being offered merchandise for free and then being fired the next day for theft. This happens to Christmas workers and young people who don’t know how to fight back. I also have proof of this and it is a disgusting practice with a disgusting job that has no future for anybody who works there. The main issue is do not buy candles or electronics or food from this store anywhere or any location because all the locations I worked at Carry the same practice.

I just came out of Home Depot in Olean…

I just came out of Home Depot in Olean we bought tile here we didn't need the extra ones you brought him back and they only wanted to give us a penny apiece cuz we lost because we lost our receipt they can take Home Depot and you know what

Service interessiert sich nicht für die Kundenwünsche
They are a mess. I ordered some products, which were delivered to the post because I was not home, they were 3 days in the post and they took them back. I sent them an email saying that I´ve never returned the products, they just didn´t give me time to pick them up (it´s supposed to be between 5 and 7 working days in the post) and that I wanted the products. They answered they couldn´t do that, that I should purchase them again. As I bought products on sale I told them that it was not possible to buy the same or similar product not only because it wasn´t anymore in stock but because the price of a similar product was much higher. They kept replying the same over and over. They made me waste my time!

amazon is much cheaper and won’t catch your house on fire

Cheap and expensive and also very dangerous Articles being sold by this company. As a person who used to work in one of the stores costumers often returned Xmas lights and popcorn machines showing me where they had caught fire and burned parts of there home. Candles were returned because they didn’t burn at all or would burn down the side and catch furniture on fire. I also had my share of WAY over priced defective products. This is not a store to buy anything at! This is a store to walk thru and get wonderful ideas and then buy the same stuff cheaper at amazon or butlers.
