I had a really good experience shopping on AliExpress! The website is easy to use, and there’s a huge variety of products. My order arrived as described and the quality was great for the price. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the tracking kept me updated. I also like the buyer protection, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, a solid shopping experience, and I’d definitely recommend it!
What a minefield Aliexpress is, yet, if you be wise, check reviews and ratings etc.....you can get some cracking items at good prices. Usually arrive pretty quickly, though some times can take longer. I have to say, been using the site for a good few years and have mostly positive experiences. There really is a lot of junk to sift through but there's treasure to be found if you seek hard enough!!!
AliExpress is really a Double-Edge Sword when buying. You must pay close attention and check out the percentage of how good their Positive rates are as a business, or seller before wasting money! Anything lower then 96% is a Red Flag, although even if it's high positive rate read the reviews, some reviews get removed which is warning to purchase at your own Risk! Some of the products ( Mainly S.H. Figuarts Figures ) I've seen so many counterfeit and not authentic figures, once the buyer got it out pack it broke like it was a Sand Castle. But at your risk if the price is low, No Go!
everything was great, the seller was understanding and communicated with me, serious business, excellent price of the products, the battery also comes with a charger, which is a plus.
However, I am angry at the carrier who treats the goods badly, because they are heavy and they don't mind if they hit the ground and they don't care if the goods are damaged or destroyed. I write about all carriers from China to Slovakia.

AliExpress refuses to accept a refund after I bought 2 IP-cameras and 1 of them didn't automatically retrieve an IP address. The other however did automatically retrieve an IP address. Aliexpress socalled "customer service" did not understand the problem description and offered 2 bad solutions: Solution1: Return and Refund. They wanted to refund US $41.30 for BOTH cameras and shipping cost should be paid by me (EVEN though it's THEIR product that doesn't work and EVEN though it's only 1 of the products that doesn't work). The second socalled "solution" (that's what they actually call it) is that they refund nothing at all - which is the same as NO SOLUTION! The third option is "I don't agree with above solution(s)" and they want me to upload photo/videos showing that the one camera does not obtain an IP address.... Even if I did, this opens up for a falsely manipulations so the only thing they could and should do, is to take the camera back and investigate it. NOT ask for stupid video or pictures, that they can make themselves. This is completely ridiculous - if at least both products worked the same way (they're identically described), things would make more sense. This makes absolutely no sense at all and they're just wasting my time because they don't want to refund me the money, for their defective product!

Ok, a month ago or so, i ordered a Hatsune Miku fuwa plush, it was supposed to arrive on the first of december. it is now the 26th and there was still no package, it was passed off as since china is far away it'll take longer for it to arrive. however a few months ago, i ordered a hatsune miku figurine. that of course; never arrived. and now all the accounts i've could've ordered it off, i cannot find the order. Aliexpress is untruth worthy and a shameful corporation who is known for stealing credit information!

Awful just awful, i have been a ali express customer since 2014 but this last episode is the final time i buy anything from them, i bought a floor lamp for £120 so not cheap cheap, it arrived in the time frame ok but was supplied in multiple pieces with no instruction on how to assemble, in the end i managed to assemble and received a electric shock from the lamp because it has not been made properly or earthed, i contacted ali express who gave me a uk return address which i had to pay to send it to, returned the item and gave ali express the tracking details, now however they are stalling and making up reasons why i cant have a refund, asking endlessly for the tracking number and who signed for the item at the uk returns centre.
i would say to anyone PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS

I will never buy anything from this company again. They left my package literally on the stairs of the apartment. Where there is no security or security doors. So the package could have been taken not only by any tenant but also by anyone off the street. When I tried to talk to aliexpress they would not help me and kept sending me to talk to delivery team. The delivery team never picks up the phone and when you email just emails back in circles. I literally received the same exact email 2 days apart with no resolution from anyone. This service is not at all like ebay, don't fool yourself like I have. Those gifts were for Christmas.. If I had ordered from ebay I would have them now.

SCAM, Dodgy, shifty sellers on site. Scammers. Will send you rubbish and claim they sent goods. Will claim goods are delivered and there not.
If your buying cheap stuff its ok, do not buy anything electronic unless you want to burn your house down.
I ordered some electrical goods, which turned up faulty and then the seller asked me to purchase more stuff and delayed my return, sent me the wrong stuff on the additional order which should of been refunded, in the end aliexpress said I had insufficient evidence, when I sent the videos of faulty products and that I was contacted on my personal what’s app, dodgy as they come, scammers.

I purchased a WIFI light switch through AliExpress, actual shop was called GGbee Dropshipping Store.
They provided me with a returns label and I posted off the item. They have now had it for over a week and any time I contact them to get the refund they it keep saying it will take 48
hours.

Last week I would have given ali express a 5 star rating, however I realized their guarantee and return policy are useless when a seller comits fraud against you. I purchased a new mobile phone screen for $180 from simu factory store and received a box full of cardboard. As you might expect, when I asked for refund to return their box of cardboard, the request was rejected. I contacted ali express and they said the pictures I sent of the box of cardboard pieces I sent is not accepted able evidence for return. So now I have 3 pieces of cardboard that cost$180 plus $20 of local taxes. Another reviewer on here said you just buy from sellers with a high rating for security. Well, Simu Factory Store has a 5 out of 5 rating from hundreds of reviewers. So even buying from a high rated seller you can still get robbed. I highly recommend against trusting Ali Express. All the money you may save will be negated when they get you with one big scam.
If you want to confirm the scam I'm talking about exists, go to Simu Factory Store on Aliexpress,and look at the one star reviews. You'll see multiple instances where buyers received cardboard pieces instead of a phone screen.

Problem is you never know what items are scams. They trick you with ridiculous prices sometimes you get it most times you don't. Defensive customer service riddled with excuses and trickery. Order one thing they send some cheap stupid item so they have a tracking number. If you like gambling go for it but stick with Walmart.

Terrible.. I bought a vacuum sealing machine. stay away from this product. it doesn't work, poor quality materials and very cheap workmanship. when you vacuum seal a product, after five minutes the bag lets air in and the vacuum is gone. practically useless. Aliexpress is unreliable, I asked for a refund and unlike Temu they are causing me a lot of problems and I understood that they will never refund me. I will throw the machine in the landfill and delete my Aliexpress account. do not buy on this platform, as long as everything is fine ok, at the slightest problem you will realize that you are left to yourselves and you will never be refunded
