Cor what a day, I am glad it is nearly the weekend. I was determined to come home and make a card tonight just to chill out a bit!!

Black,White and 1 other at Fab N Funky

Hello

This is my first auto post as I will be out on the road very early today and I have no doubt it will publish at completely the wrong time!! hehe

This weeks challenge over at Fab N Funky is Black,White and 1 other colour, very nice!!

I have used Bunnies Together from Wild Rose Studio stamp, EK success hearts and swirls border punch and Cherry Blossom flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts ooh and my new little branch punch. Mind you bit miffed as it does not seem to punch through card, only paper?

I am looking forward to seeing all the lovely entries this week, have fun!!

Day out at Ally Pally

Ohh had a super day today at Ally Pally, this is pic of me (in black) and my sister (in blue). I actually held a Bev Rochester card, they are truly amazing!!! I treated myself a little bit!! I got

Fairytale Chloe

Hello,

Thank goodness its the weekend, can't wait for tomorrow, of to Ally Pally with my sister and I know we will have a fab day, mind you a day before my pay day is a bit naff, I do wish they would do these events at the start of the month! Oh well another trip out for the credit card! Anyway on to my card which is for two challenges.

Colour Create - all white except the image

Charisma Cardz - anything goes

The stamps is from Pink Gem, coloured with promarkers and I have used 3 white papers, although one looks very slightly blue against the others as it does have small silver dots on. I have also used circle nesties, MS border punch, craftwork cards sentiment and SU punches, and then a nice big white ribbon and a few gems.

Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!!

Hello crafty friends, another challenge card for today.

This one is my entry for Penny Black Saturday Challenge where the theme is a fabulous sketch. I have used an image from the Jolly Friends set (again, but they are so cute). As usual the stickles came out and I dolloped it on the brolly and then I just spread some glue around their feet and covered it in cosmic shimmer so hopefully they look like they are standing in snow!! The papers are Pepper and Friends.

The image is a Ballet Matilda from the Digi Stamp Boutique, paper is Basicgrey but I can't remember which collection it is from, added a few flowers from Wild Orchid crafts and inked round the edge of the circle just to soften it a bit.

Baby Boy!!

Hello, well I think I have finally calmed down from my exciting news this week!!
Here is my entry for the challenge over at CES which is Baby Bonanza! As you can see I have gone for a little boy. I used my new nesties (I love them) and threaded some ribbon through, simples!! The stamp is forest friends from Stampin Up and I must admit I have had it a while and never really thought of using this image for a baby card until my sister did for one of her SU classes.

I wanted to do something different from my other entries(yes this is my third!) so I have stayed away from flowers and cuties. The stamp is from T for transparent - 'enjoy'. I have used my MS butterfly punch and SU tiny tags punch.

Fab N Funky Challenge Card

Was blog hopping last night and found Fab N Funky Challenges and the theme is 'What Eva'. They are also doing a DT call so I thought 'hey you got to be in it to win it' so here is my entry for the challenge and also I would like to enter the DT call. How exciting!!! I am really enjoying my new blog and and so it would be great to get involved on another level too, keep your fingers crossed for me! My card is using a digi from the Digi Stamp Boutique, such a happy and fun image,I used promarkers to colour. I am not sure about the paper but I love it!! The flowers and lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the tiny little swirls are the bits that fall out of my EK Success hearts and swirls border punch, very useful indeed!

Christmas Card At Last!!

Finally managed a Christmas card, I felt like I was the only one left not doing them!! I am entering this for 2 challenges, Colour Create and Penny Black at Allsorts.

Colour create is to use Gold, Red and then cream or white and PB is Punch Away. I used a PB stamp from the Jolly Friends collection, I have paperpieced his stocking to match the backing paper and he is snuggled around a dollop of stickles (Ooh sounds prickly but it looks lovely and soft LOL). The papers are from Pepper and Friends and I have used some gold mirri card, a little gold bell and a tiny bit of twizzle I found lurking at the back of my ribbon draw! Not gone overboard on the punches on this one but I have used a SU punch for the sentiment.

This is my entry for the Basicgrey Challenge which is paper piecing. I really like this technique and I have used it on her little top and flower in her hair. My BG paper is from the Eva collection 'Aristocrat'. The stamp is from the Milton & Co range by Wild Rose Studio and she is Gardening Millie, such a cutie. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Penny Black Challenge Card

I am entering my card today into 2 challenges:

Penny Black at Allsorts - Punch to be used
Penny Black Saturday Challenge - Purple, Brown and Cream.

I have used a border punch on this card, just about got my bit of brown in with the sentiment which is using the SU tiny tag punch and little bow. The stamps is Penny Black Bees and Honey which I used recently (need another pay day before I can buy any more)LOL! The paper is Basic Grey and image coloured with promarkers. Flowers and cream pearls from Wild Orchid Crafts.
