Today, Internet has become an indispensable part of our daily lives. It has a growing user community in many fields from banking transactions to online entertainment. It will be very efficient for users, as the next generation internet access becomes wireless like frequently used services such as cellular phones. But for providing this, a new network is needed to be designed or an existing network must be improved as well as making changes on infrastructure. At this point, mesh network infrastructure arises and offers more sophisticated internet access with less need. Farming is an essential part of human life, the source of food which the body depend on for survival. Smart farming is integrating technology into farming and its processes, when sensors and microcontrollers are used it is referred to as precision farming. The demand for food increases by the day, thus the scale of farming have to increase with it. Technology need to be integrated into farming in other to improve production of farm produce. This research implements Internet of Things (IoT) on farming, specifically nursery farming. The research project utilizes an Arduino microcontroller, sensors, and Wi-Fi module to automate the monitoring process of some key parameters in a nursery farm. Sensors are used to measure temperature, sunlight and soil moisture at a giving time, and relay the readings to the Internet using a router and a Wi-Fi module, which a user can access in real time. The research proposed an overview, the design, the components (sensors, Wi-Fi, router and microcontroller) and the implementation (circuit and lines of code) of the system. This system help bridge the gap in smart farming technology, thus greatly increase production. The system is however limited to the monitoring of only three parameters, additional parameters will be included in future designs.

Enormous data generated by IoT devices are handled in processing and storage by edge computing, a paradigm that allows tasks to be processed outside host devices. Task offloading is the movement of tasks from IoT devices to an edge or cloud server –where resources and processing capabilities are abundant– for processing, it is an important aspect of edge computing. This paper reviewed some task-offloading algorithms
and the techniques used by each algorithm. Existing algorithms focus on either latency, load, cost, energy or delay, the deep reinforcement phase of a task offloading algorithm automates and optimizes the offloading decision process, it trains agents and defines rewards. Latency-aware phase then proceeds to obtain the best offload destination in order to significantly reduce the latency.

Wireless body area networks, known as body sensor networks, are wireless networks of wearable computing devices. In this case, the wireless network deployed is the Internet of Things or IoT. This special
WBAN will allow nurses and doctors to have a real-time view of the patient's physiological data and thereby detect unusual activities in the patient's health. This is achieved by having a device that allows the patient to collect physiological data using sensors controlled by an Arduino microcontroller board. Doctors can then log into the website and monitor the patient's health status in real-time and over some time.

ABSTRACT
The objective of the project is to design Health First Healthcare Delivery System (Health First App) which is an automated, lite and efficient application that would solve the problems associated with the traditional approach of Healthcare delivery from doctors to their respective patients. Through the use of single Android-based Application that would allow patients to choose their doctors, and enable doctors to consult all the them on demand, write health report, medical prescriptions and advises, and also with an integration that allow doctors to publish health article so that users of that system would view and comments on, allow posting of health tips, and also enable patients to ask questions tends to be very efficient due to the fact that less time is spent on the service since it is automated; giving accurate and reliable access in a lesser time. The need of a computerized information system cannot be overemphasized with the present trend in technological development. The development of the system follows the iterative enhancement model. The analysis of the system is modeled using use case diagram. The design of the system is depicted using class and activity diagrams. The system is implemented using Java programming language for the backend and XML for the frontend, Google Firebase is used as for data storage and user authentication. The system is tested using test cases. Usability testing revealed that the system is working properly.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a combination of telecommunication technologies for information acquirement, storage, manipulation and dissemination. Timely communication of climate change to individuals is constrained by rapid access to reliable and accurate information as well as the capacity to assess, scrutinize and assimilate information from varied sources. Usage of ICT can reduce climate change risks by improving the productivity of communication and promoting public awareness of risks associated with climate change to individuals. This paper reviews related works to determine the ICT innovations that are popularly used on climate change communication and the ICT applications that have been development by National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) regarding Climate Changes. Findings from the study revealed that Radio, Telephone, Internet Geographical Information System(GIS)are among the most used ICTs innovation for creating public awareness of climate changes to individuals. This study suggested the incorporation of Social media platforms as ICT technologies that can be used to communicate climate changes to people thereby improving their public awareness on its effect and consequences.

The complexity of software is increasing day by day the requirement and need for a verity of software products increases, this necessitates the provision of a strong tool that will make a balance between production and quality. The practice of applying software metrics to the development process and to a software product is a critical task and crucial enough that requires study and discipline and which brings knowledge of the status of the process and/or product of software in regards to the goals to achieve, this discipline is known as quality assurance which is the key factor behind the success of every software engineering project, the quality assurance activities are what result in the qualitative product as well as the process in both conventional software development methodology and agile methodology. However, agile methodology is now becoming one of the dominant method adopted by most of the software industries because it allows developing of software with very limited requirement and supports rapid changes in the requirement, the method may produce the product very fast but we might not guarantee the quality of the product unless we apply the SQA activities to the process. This research paper aimed to study the quality assurance activities practice in agile software development methodology, investigate the common problems and key drivers of quality in agile, and propose a solution to improve the practice of SQA in agile methodology by analyzing the parameters that assure quality in agile software.

A radio wave is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, used in wireless communication to convey information from a transmitting station to a receiving station. The Radio wave signal gets attenuated or faded during propagation due to the variation of the channel parameters with time, several factors cause this attenuation especially the effects of the different ionization densities of the atmosphere and other layers of the earth surface, atmospheric absorption, multipath propagation due to reflection, diffraction and scattering by buildings, hills, etc. all contributed to the reduction of the radio wave signal strength or power as such it gets attenuated or faded before reaching its destination, this lead to poor reception of the transmitted information and at worst case may lead to communication breakage This paper reviewed some of the causes of this Radio wave signal attenuation and their effects.

Over a decade there has been a rapid growth in Nigerian educational system particularly higher education. Various institutions have come up both from public and private sector offering many of courses both under and post graduate students. Therefore, rates of students enroll for higher educational institutions in Nigeria have also increased. Hence it is very important to understand the roles plays by data mining in analyzing the collected data of students and their academic progression. It is a concern for today's education system and this gap has to be identified and properly addressed to the learning community. Data Mining it helps in various ways to resolve issues face in predictions students and staff performances within Nigerian education system. This paper work we discuss the roles of Data Mining tools and techniques which can be used effectively in resolving issues in some functional unit of Nigerian tertiary institutions.
