Reason(s): User 이형주 was recently blocked for a month due to his aggressive attitude toward the editors in discussions. He had been notable for good page-maintaining skills and everyone could have clearly seen his pattern of contribution because he has unique habits in maintaining pages. One user found User Finally so similar to 이형주 in editing patterns that many people said that User Finally was suspected to be an account of the person who had an account of User 이형주. At first time he(Finally) tried to clarify that he had been active in kowiki as IP User when he was to explain about this similarity, but many people didn't believe that because their editing patterns were clearly overlapped. Since User Finally has edited in a good manner and never been in any dispute yet, kowiki cannot simply block him without a clear evidence by checking user. I know this check just gives information about their IP status, but as I see User Finally have avoid the discussion (the linked one) after I showed evidences shown in his editing patterns, I certainly assure that this check will give a clear evidence whether 이형주 and Finally is a same person.14.138.122.169 09:07, 4 July 2013 (UTC) (NuvieK (talk))

Plus: 이형주 was blocked at 18:25, 25 June 2013 (KST) and Finally was created at 18:39 on the same day 이형주 got blocked. Comment: As background information, Leitoxx is currently running for adminship on eswikt, nominated by a user (Edgefield). An IP (190.110.152.154) appeared usurping the nominator and inviting a user to participate in the vote, see diff. This message is similar to the messages left by Leitoxx during his previous RfA, compare with diff. The IP is from Chile, as is Leitoxx, as indicated on his userpage. There is a concern that Leitoxx is the same person as the IP, which he abused to mislead by using someone else's signature. Especially as the RFA is ongoing, this link could prove a lack of readyness for adminship. The fact that they share the same geographical area (country), same interest (RfA) and same style of writing (canvassing/encouraging to participate in the RfA) are the basis for this suspicion. Reason(s): Slava33 is a user since May 25, 2013, after a community user conflict. His edids are in advanced level from the very beginning and therefore he is not a new user. He did come to ask questions during an administrator election and did make (targeted) impressions with his statements. He did not vote. Glavkos did vote and had asked a different set of questions that made impression targeting the same person. Glavkos speaks Russian and Slava33 mainly contributes, mostly translating from russian sources, articles about russian themes in greek. They share common behavioral patterns (manner, targeting same person) and, many times (until this post, after which Glavkos has stopped contributing), when one appears and starts an edit in el.wikipedia, the other stops (or the other way around). Reason(s): The edit behaviour shown in this article and its discussion page, and the cleanup template were shown that is a possible of the Sock Puppets of those accounts, as in the discussion page multiple accounts were used to confuse the editors to read for the comments. And the images inserted for the article page, for example are co-uploaded for each other. Reason(s): User Губин Михаил was blocked indefinitely by 26 June 2013. Reason(s): The user is suspected to have attempted to disguise as multiple users by creating multiple accounts. The user has the same contribution pattern, edited same articles such as at ko:윤치호 [6] and other articles on people in Korean modern history. Possibly using machine translation, this user also worked at en:Yun Chi-ho [7] with the multiple accounts mentioned above.

Please note that this is also a matter of English Wikipedia. The user with the accounts listed above has been editing a number of articles in the English Wikipedia on people in Korean history [8],[9],[10] ect. Seeing from the mass edit record, this user is probably using machine translation which tends to generate quite cryptic text. A consensus means a general agreement among the participants in a discussion not necessarily an unanimity in a community. Therefore a consensus can be assumed implicitly by a lack of objections. In this case, there was no single opposing statement against supporting argument for the possibility of the sock puppetry. A consensus with no objection is a stronger consensus than that of several supportive votes which can be easily distorted by canvassing or even by operating meat puppetry.--Wanburry (talk) 20:39, 22 July 2013 (UTC)

For example, fa:بازتاب امروز was originaly created by user:Delarama (another sock of Nersy) and recently Mahemonir has edited the same article: [14]. fa:علی‌ستیزی was originally created by Nersy and User:Biased trend=no is trying to recreate the article[15].
