A quaint little quilt

Here is another finish, I'm quite proud of myself finishing off a few projects I've had on the go, this one is a sewing bird, I got the stitchery pattern from Darlene and I wanted to make something that I could use so this is what I came up with, I will finish sewing the binding on tonight. This cute little wall hanging is a Sally Giblin design, I found it in Australian Country threads magazine a few issues ago and just had to make it, I'm so pleased with the end result,

Easter surprises

Look at my beautiful gifts I recieved from Alex for our easter swap, my little bunny is just adorable, Alex you did such a good job. I also received a beautiful wall hanging and some chocolates. Thankyou Alex. Happy easter everyone.

Almost easter

Not long now until easter bunny comes to my house for a visit and hopefully leave us some eggs. I have had a busy week doing lots of sewing. I am making a table runner for the shop, nearly finished the stitcheries, I'm also going well with my version of Neenie's garden designed by Helen Stubbings of Hugs and kisses. I have a bit more stitching to do then I'll post some photos.
