"Daisy" From Sugar Nellie

This card has been made using the rubber stamp "Daisy" by Elisabeth Bell from Sugar Nellie. It is a very cute range of stamps and is the first time I have used a stamp from this range. I used paper from my stash, sorry I don't know the name or design as it was an off cut. I have watercoloured it by using Twinkling H20's. Colours in the picture do not do it justice, her hair is a golden colour but it isn't showing it up. The ribbon is from American Crafts from QVC. The flower is from Joanna Sheen website. Finished off with a peel off for the greeting.

For Ever Friends

These cards have been made using the For Ever Friends rubber stamps which is a Hallmark Cards PLC trademark. The single bear holding the parcel is FFS 906 1009 G stamp. The two bears with an envelope and a parcel is FFS 906 1005 E stamp. The single bear with a balloon is FFS 9061002 D stamp. The backing paper is from the For Ever Friends Party Time pad, I have run it through my Cuttlebug machine with different embossing folders to give the Happy Birthday and numbers imprint. The three smaller cards I have made for the Marie Curie campaign, the larger one can not be given as it is a large square and it has to be A6 in size. I have used a combination of Lyra Aquacolor from Joanna Sheen website and Sakura Glitter pens for the watercolouring.

Hedgehog Valentine Card

I made this Valentine card for my lovely Tony. The stamp is from the Margaret Sherry collection by Penny Black. Heart alloever number 1919H. I have used my Cuttlebug machine and a Spellbinders Nestabilites for the matting and layering, finished off with peel offs.

I hope you all had a lovely Valentines day and evening and some of you out there might even have had a proposal of marriage.

Thank you for looking.

Egyptian Adventure Card Number 1

This is the first of the Egyptian cards that I have planned for this year, they will all be made using the Egyptian Adventure CD-ROM which is in the Explorer Series from Joanna Sheen. This one has been made for a friend of ours named David. Again I am miles in front with the making as his birthday isn't until November this year. These days I have to make while I have the inspiration. The images and backing paper have been printed on photographic paper and mounted on Gold mirri card. I am afraid the picture doesn't give it justice. It looks quite pale which it isn't.
Thank you for looking.

Julies 40th Birthday

This card was actually finished in November 2008. I didn't post it onto my blog at the time because it is for my daughter who lives in France and she was viewing my blog regularly at the time.

This card was made by using the Jayne Netley Mayhew CD-ROM from Joanna Sheen - Stardream Card from Joanna Sheen - Gold Mirri Card - a 4 inch Tapestry Ring - 3 Coloured Embroidery Thread - Printable Linen from Crafty Computer Paper. I have to thank Suzanne Saltwell who is on Joanna Sheen's design team for her help and input in making this card.

It isn't my daughters birthday until September 2009 so I hope she 1/ Doesn't see this posting and 2/ She likes the creation.

Thank you for taking the time to view my blog.
