Milan Krnjetin on Instagram: "CORRECT SLICE SERVE - PRONATION? 👌 🎾 This is one of the most common question about serve: Do we need full pronation when hitting slice serve? Simple answer: YES!!! ✅ Pronation adds a lot of racquet speed and makes serve much more heavier and difficult for opponent! Tag someone who could use this to improve their serve! Milan Krnjetin on Instagram: "CORRECT SERVE - RACQUET DROP FIX (DRILLS)! 👌 Very common difficulty for many players is to develop the full and correct racquet drop in their serve. I found this to be great sequence of drills to help with that: 1. 🎾 Shadow swings with grocery bag (with few tennis balls inside) 2. 🎾 Shadow swings with the racquet 3. 🎾 Full fluid serve motion with focusing on repeating the same motion & feeling from the previous two drills 🔑*Emphasis here is to allow your body (mainly shoulder, arm & elbow) to “learn” the motion by letting the weight of the bag to pull your forearm down and then leading up with elbow. Learn the motion but also the “feeling” you have as you perform it. Tag someone who could use this to improve their serve! Pavel Viks on Instagram: "Here is how to stop randomly sending your serves everywhere. Instead of hoping for the best during your serve, follow these tips to improve your accuracy. Tip number one is to get yourself some targets that you can aim at. Research shows that having the targets increases the accuracy of your shots. Place them on the T, out wide and in the middle. Make sure that you have a little bit of margin and don’t place these two on the lines. Tip number two is to never forget to practice the second serve. A lot of players are practicing their full power first serves and forgetting about the slice or kick serves. That produces a lot of double faults in the matches, so practice your second serves as well. Tip number three is to not practice your serve without the next move Hoping For The Best, Tennis Techniques, Tennis Serve, Tennis Drills, Tennis Training, Tennis Tips, Number Three, How To Get Better, Number Two

Elbow Action! ✅ Once the racquet drops over your head the next thing that needs to happen is the elbow getting thrown forward! ✅ This like is where over 50% of your power is gained. #tennisserve #tennisservedrill #tennistip #tennistips #tennisdrill #tennistraining #tennisplayer #tennisfundamentals #tennistechnique #tennislove #tenniscoach #tennis🎾 #protenniscoaching #jefflewistennis #victorytennisprograms #instatennis" Tennis Techniques, Jeff Lewis, Tennis Serve, Tennis Drills, Pro Tennis, Tennis Tips, Tennis Coach, Tennis Players, Your Head
