This research work discusses how an integrated open source intelligence framework can help the law enforcements and government entities who are investigating crimes based on statistical and graph analysis on Twitter data. The solution supports a real-time and off-line analysis of the tweets collections. The framework employs tools that support big data processing capabilities, to collect, process and analyze a huge amount of data. The outline solution supports content and textual based analysis, helping the investigators to dig into a person and the community linked to that person based on a tweet. Our solution supports an investigative processes composed of the following phases (i) find suspicious tweets and individuals based on hash tags analysis (ii) classify the user profile based on Twitter features (iii) identify influencers in the FOAF networks of the senders (iiii) analyze these influencers' background and history to find hints of past or current criminal activity.

We address the difficulties of Arabic dictionaries through the development of an interactive vocabulary acquisition environment. By navigating this environment, young learners are immersed in a world that is authentic, contextually rich, and conducive to exploration, thus expanding their learning spaces. We create these spaces by constructing game-like mini-worlds in which the player interact with didactic objects. Concepts, meanings, and vocabulary are explored and acquired through visualization and interaction.

Security attacks continue to emerge on daily basis due to the fast growth in the number of smart devices and mobile applications. Attacks take different malware forms such as Spyware and Trojan exploiting different operating system vulnerabilities, specially the well known vulnerable operating system; Android OS. In this paper, we study the malicious use of the "NotificationListener" service in Android 4.3 and 5.0. A Trojan application, known as SMS backup, is developed to spy the notifications of other applications. Such an application requires only two permissions that include "Notification Access" and "Internet". These permissions are used to extract and send user's messages of other applications to the attacker's email through Internet. Our malware is able to alter and/or delete the notification before being displayed. For experimental results, the malware was tested against notifications of WhatsApp, BBM, SMS, and Facebook messenger using different Android versions including Lollipop 5.0. Experiments show that our malware succeeded against all the tested applications running Android version 4.3. Moreover, BBM and SMS messages are still extractable in the newer version of Android (Lollipop 5.0).

Today, mobile Learning (mLearning) plays an even more important role in our life because of the rapid development of handheld mobile devices and the third generation wireless networks technologies. This has lead to the development of various platforms for mLearning. Here we introduce the design and implementation of a multi-streaming mLearning platform designed specially for iPhone. This platform is innovative in the following aspects: First, Multi-streaming contains screen, audio, and video, which can be sent by web services according to the bandwidth of the Learner. Second, there are several modules for M-Learners to choose for showing those multi-streaming on their devices. Third we added study note, comments, and questions to increase interactivity among learners.

Laser pen instruction-aid system is intelligent equipment used to increase the interaction between lecturer and audience in the smart classrooms for face-to-face, mobile, or cloud learning. Lecturer can use the system to easily control presentation documents and to communicate with the audience. The system can function either as a mouse or a keyboard. And the system can draw a laser spot track and do path drawing on the presentation document, so as to make the presentation vivid and interesting. All these functions are supported by the Bluetooth communication mechanism, which sends control signal from the laser pen and receives the signal on the computer. The paper describes how Bluetooth devices enable the signal communications and the unique functions of the pen.

Thus, the decree will be a punishment or criminalizes formally on any person who using any kind of information technology and any other's private life to blackmail or to threaten others online. In addition, at the present time, with the most detailed new cybercrime law that can be used to prove found guilty. As well, the author discusses that the new cyber-crime law provides protection of personal information including banking information, credit cards and electronic payment information.
