Digi Choosday Challenge Week 51 – Anything Goes!

Good morning everybody!  So this is my last post of 2016!!! (Hey…who’s cheering??!) 😉

Oh my, where has the year gone?! I hope that it has been a good one for you and you can look back and smile rather than grimace! J I’m certainly looking forward to 2017! Should be quite exciting methinks!! ;)

Anyway onto the job in hand and as it is Choosday it means it’s time for our last  challenge of the year over at DIGI CHOOSDAY and our theme is Anything Goes and as always we have a wonderful prize on offer for our lucky winner so check out the BLOG for details.

So for the last challenge of the year the team were let loose with an Anything Goes theme and I took full advantage of that with my rather odd card this time!!

 Now my step-niece loves skulls **shrugs**, and has them strategically placed all over her home. So I made her a Christmas card incorporating her obsession and also her fave colour, purple. Embrace the odd; that’s what I say!

Polkadoodles Funny Old Bags – Where’s My Teeth?!!!

Good morning everybody!  Howya doin’?

I’m here to show another of the cards I made to introduce Nikky Hall’s fab new range of glamorous ladies called FUNNY OLD BAGS.  These came about to help celebrate the 50^th birthday of the awesome Rhea from PASSIONATE PAPER CREATIONS and if you follow them and the POLKADOODLES GROUP on Facebook, or the DIGI CHOOSDAY CHALLENGE BLOG, you may have spotted these already.

I used WHERE’S MY TEETH? for this design and digitally manipulated her to sit inside a mirror digi.  To accompany this ‘glamour puss’ I gave her a cocktail of lotions and potions (and a corset) which come from various POLKADOODLES collections. Looks a bit like my bathroom to be honest (minus the corset)!!!

When I see this image I can’t help reciting that Pam Ayres poem; ‘Oh, I wish I’d Looked After Me Teeth!’ LOL

Polkadoodles Funny Old Bags – Scratch It!!!

Good morning everybody!  How are things!

I’m just popping in to show you one of the cards I made to introduce some new ‘ladies’ to the land of digi drawn by our uber talented Nikky Hall.  These came about to help celebrate the 50^th birthday of the wonderful Rhea from PASSIONATE PAPER CREATIONS and if you follow them, the POLKADOODLES GROUP on Facebook or our DIGI CHOOSDAY CHALLENGE BLOG you would not have failed to notice these ‘beauties’ as you browsed!  If they have tickled your fancy you can get them all HERE; there are sentiments too!
