I don't understand what the goal is, or if there even is one. I can't really do much other than fly around, and there are a lot more than two buttons, so I don't totally understand how it fits the theme. I think you should've focused on making a high quality, polished, but singleplayer product, rather than a lacking multiplayer game.

Despite my opinions on the game's quality, I think it has quite a bit of potential, good work, and good luck in the jam!

The idea had lots of potential, and it was pretty fun to play, but here are the things I would change/improve

1. The finishing sound effect is pretty annoying, so I would change it to be a little easier on the ears.

2. The art was lacking quite a bit, there wasn't any special font, or a cool shake effect, it was just basic numbers.

3. The gameplay felt a little empty, it felt like a button spamming game more than anything.

Sorry if you found my feedback to be a little harsh, but I'm just trying to give constructive criticism on how you can improve on the future. It was still a fun game despite the changes I would've made, good luck in the jam! 😄

I really enjoyed playing this! But there's one thing I would've changed

The game was difficult from the start (at least for me), to fix this I think the logs should've been thrown a little higher at the start so the player could get used to the feel of the game, it sorta just threw me in with difficult gameplay at the very start.

But It's still a great game either way! 👍

Thank you for the feedback!

It's great to hear you enjoyed the game! I made the game around being a casual, short, and fun little game. But sadly, lots of players ran into a bug that overlapped the music, but I'm glad some people got to experience the game as intended!

Thank you for the amazing feedback!

I'll keep the game length in mind next game jam I partake in :)

Thank you for the feedback!

I was going to make it longer and include more content, but I ultimately decided to keep it super short and simple, and focus on polish. I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

Thank you for your positive feedback!

My goal was to make a cute little game, so I'm glad it worked out!

This game is really cool! There isn't really too much gameplay though, and I feel like a little more could be done with this really cool idea. I like the mystery and lore elements such as the door knock and the phone call, they added a lot more depth to the game, and I would love to see this be expanded into a full commercial project!

The game has lots of potential, but its just a little too hard to control, and the soundtrack could have been better. Still a fun game either way!

Thats just a bug, it was only meant to play one at a time.

easy world record 🥱

The shower is meant to cool you down only a bit, and the slider only changing when you left was a bug I didn't have time to fix. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you!

I purposely didn't make them jump through to make it harder, but looking back at it now it seems as more of an annoyance to players than I expected. Thanks for the feedback!

You can, its just a pixel perfect jump. For some reason jumping up there was A LOT easier in the engine. And yes, I accidentally messed up the restart code.

The game was pretty good, but there's a few things I would change.

  1. Elevator launching is really fun, and it would have been cool for it to be used in some way to benefit the player
  2. The character is really fast and it can feel uncontrollable at times
  3. I would have changed how the player reacted to heat, I feel like the fire and ice were just a little more forgiving spikes. This is because when landing in fire or ice you die so fast it makes the mechanic seem useless.

This game was still very cool though, and I liked playing it a lot!

The game looked nice and had loads of potential, sadly the sound effects were really loud and a little buggy. Also, I think the wall jumping felt a little forced, but all the other movement felt nice. I also noticed that the theme wasn't included very well, and wasn't a huge part of the game. Still a great game though!

The game idea is good, but the gameplay and character feel a little janky to control. The game is still pretty good for the time frame though.

Great game, but I couldn't build the maze for some reason, so the only way I could win is just by cheating. This game has lots of potential, especially because it was made within 3 hours. The only real problem with this is the glitches, but everything else made this game pretty fun.

In the code, an ace is considered 1

Thank you!

Thank you! I was actually thinking about adding multiplayer after the jam was finished, I'm glad to see someone would enjoy it.

Thank you!

Game looks good, but it was hard to understand and it kept crashing before I could do much. Good game either way.

The game is good, but if you want it to be a speedrunning game you need to make some changes.

1. Add a way for you to reset with a push of a button. This way, if someone wants to speedrun it, we dont have to run all the way to the lava to reset.

2. Take away the need to wait before getting ammo. I realized while trying to speedrun that I needed to go slower at the beginning because I had to wait for the ammo to generate.

I'm a speedrunner myself, and I would love to run this game if these changes, or similar ones, were made.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I dont see how this relates to chalk and cheese

I'm just going to say this. I've been a developer using this game engine for quite a long time know, and this is extremely impressive!! This FPS controller has so much potential...
