The development of web has expanded the interest for strategies that can guarantee data security on site page. This paper utilizes the html labels (tags) to conceal the secret message. Existing schemes i.e. elements containing other element, changing case letters, line shift, word shift, line break, and changing attributes are not robust across random space modification attacks. Also, imperceptibility of the cover text gets affected. Moreover, these approaches have low embedding capacity for data concealment due to the insertion of only two bits per segment. In this paper, proposed embedding procedure is based on insertion of different space codes in the content containing expressions of web source page. Our proposed scheme hides the secret message bits in the space between the text in html tags by concealing four bits per space; thus by, improving the hidden capacity with minimal perceptivity. Also, proposed m...

Many studies have looked into adoptability factors from user perspectives and majority captured adoptability perspectives of frequent Internet users, the ones who use Internet applications for more than 10 hours a week. On the contrary the perspectives of majority of Pakistani users which use Internet applications for less than 10 hours per week are never inquired. This paper tries to fill this gap by looking into electronic government adoptability perspectives and expectations of such Internet users of Pakistan which are much greater in numbers than others. An amended UTAUT model with all its moderators is used in this study and the results demonstrate that performance level, ease of effort and social influence strongly effect behavioral intention of users in using electronic government services in Pakistan. Previous research suggests that pure players in online retailing are much more effective in developed markets. This may not be validated in emerging and developing economies. Furthermore, there are few empirical studies on e-PDSQ and most have focused on general service quality of internet shopping or web site design. This study will validate the conceptual framework developed by Xing et al. (2011) in the context of developing countries and on that basis suggests further dimensions that can be added to this framework. Design/methodology/approach- This aim is be fulfilled by conducting interview from channel players and survey from customers of online shopping outlets. Data is collect from retailers, logistic service providers and customers. A quantitative approach is used to extract and interpret results. Research limitations/implications- The research undertaken is empirical and will require further and wider testing in other contexts and geographical areas to assure external validity. The framework would present for future validation in developing countries. Practical implications- This finding have strategic importance for online retailers, LSPs to achieve competitive advantage and offer superior customer services. Originality/value- This research extended earlier limited work on e-PDSQ by quantitatively applying earlier qualitative frameworks and suggesting further improvements. Gender discrimination affects the productivity and efficiency of employees in any organization. It is assumed that managers assign challenging tasks to subordinates of same gender and assign dull tasks to the subordinate of opposite gender. The industry taken for the research purpose was banking sector of Pakistan. Ten banks and ten branches of each bank were taken for this study. The data was taken from the managers and four subordinates, which summed up to 100 managers and 400 subordinates; the questionnaire was comprised of demographics and personality traits. The model illustrated that managers commit gender discrimination in assigning a dull/challenging task to a subordinate. Generalized Linear Model (Logistic Regression) was used to study a nominal variable task type with two levels Challenging Task (1) and Dull Task (0). Young male managers were found to follow exchange theory concept. Experienced, male managers were mostly found to assign challenging tasks to the subordinate of opposite gender and dull task to the subordinate of same gender.

People are getting more conscious and are striving hard to excel their career. Good career has become a symbol of status and glory, and individuals designated at higher ranks receive more eminence and esteem in our society. Career development is the "total constellation of psychological, sociological, educational, physical, economic, and changing factors that combine to influence the nature and significance of work in the total lifespan of any given individual"(NCDA, 2008). Therefore, as to shape one's professional path, the prime objective is to align the academic knowledge with real-world experiences. It is a constant thrift for employees to learn more about the hidden factors, which would catalyse success in their career life.

The individual’s behavioral intention along with presence of appropriate facilitating conditions triggers use behavior of users. The results show that only gender moderates majority of UTAUT relationships and accordingly a modified UTAUT model is presented. The paper provides certain insights for people making policies and academicians for performing further research while it stresses for service proliferation with special attention towards female population.
