This study is carried out to explore creativity, leadership and personality of a teacher in a bet... more This study is carried out to explore creativity, leadership and personality of a teacher in a better value as well as lessons in helping the implementation element of unity through a musical performance at the Institute of Teacher Education Campus Ipoh. This study uses quantitative methods. To ensure the reliability and validity of this study, a questionnaire containing Likert scale in the form of questions are used. User model of creativity Graham Wallas (1926), Joy Paul Guilford (1949), and E. Paul Torrance (1974) are also in the application. The study samples consist from 2009 sixth semester music elective students. Sample selections are based on Malays, Chinese, Indians, Sabah and Sarawak ethnics. Auditorium of State Culture and Arts is chosen as the location of the study. Data are based on musical performances session proposals, appointment of committee sessions, and training sessions through the appointed head of the presentation. The study showed that the musical performance by the trainee teachers was accentuated by aspects of creativity, personality, and leadership development.

Schutz (2008), stated that the uses of these various sources will help the lesson to be more interesting. Brown (2009), also described the use of a medium that involves a screen as students are able to sense, detect tunes and carry out activities to further enhance students' understanding in music education. This research is carry out to identify whether the use of interactive multimedia through the internet, which can be accessed by non-optional student of musical electives and can be run at the school. Quantitative methods have been used by a number of items in the questionnaire based on numerous dimensions such as the educational content, features, learning activities, support materials, training of student assessments and interactive test package. A sample of nineteen students of 7th semester Bachelor in Education taking music education as an elective and is undergoing professional training practices in schools were selected. Through this study, some innovations are conducted via interactive multimedia package, and it shows that highly percentage able to assist students in music education system in an effective and interesting method. This is consistent with the statement by Van de Zande (2006), an interactive package linkages provide good teaching and learning in music education, particularly for teachers trained in teaching.

As a major power in the national policy level to realize the "grass root" in developing one Malaysia for the trainee teachers. Through this musical performance it can be a guide for students to meet the demands of teaching and learning in schools. This study uses questionnaire to obtain data and samples of student teachers in music elective course. The findings help the effectiveness of one Malaysia especially for music teachers to elevate this subject through the contribution in line with the policies and aspirations to build a united Malaysian nation.
