The survey has been conducted amongst students studying in the field of Economics and Administrat... more The survey has been conducted amongst students studying in the field of Economics and Administrative Sciences at a foundation university. The purpose of the survey is to show the entrepreneurial tendencies and entrepreneurship levels of the university students who are young entrepreneur candidates. The aim is also to test the validity and reliability of the entrepreneurship scale developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2008) and examines the structure of factors. At the end of the survey, it was determined that the scale was valid and reliable. Furthermore, contrary to the previous surveys conducted for the students in state universities, it was seen that the students of foundation universities had higher levels of entrepreneurial tendencies.

Bu kapsamda veri toplama aracı olarak bir anket hazırlanmış olup, anket Ankara'da ilgili sağlık işletmelerinde görev yapan 208 hekime uygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları istatistiksel yöntemlerle, literatür dikkate alınarak değerlendirilip yorumlanmıştır. Sağlık hizmetlerinde hekim ve diğer sağlık çalışanlarının iletişimi, uyumu oldukça önemlidir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, hekimlerin anket sorularına verdiği cevaplarda, tıbbi sekreterlere yönelik tutumlarının genellikle olumlu düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Bu durumun tıbbi sekreterlerin iş hayatlarına, iş motivasyonlarına olumlu katılar sağlayacağı söylenebilir.
In this study including the literature that has been made so far about the anomaly concept used t... more In this study including the literature that has been made so far about the anomaly concept used to explain every situation which is against the efficient market hypothesis, and "Days of the week Effect" which is among the periodical anomaly types, additionally, the efficient market hypothesis and shortly the anomaly types take place. In the end of the study: it has been determined that the average daily incomes in the beginning of the week, and at the end of the week shows difference according to the other days of the week, and while the incomes on Mondays, which is the first day of the week, tend to be negative , the incomes on Fridays, which is the last day of the week, tend to be positive , and according to the result that appears, it has been understood that Mondays and Tuesdays are the highest and the lowest risky days and the observed high and positive incomes on Fridays shows statistically meaningfulness. Possible reasons that are shown to this result are many factors such as the exchange applications of weekend effect, the behaviors of the individual investors, the news given by the firms on Fridays, profit distribution days and the firm size effect.
This research aims to examine the relationship between organizational support perceptions and sel... more This research aims to examine the relationship between organizational support perceptions and self-efficacy levels of employees, who are employed in the logistics sector, and carried out in order to determine employees' perceptions of organizational support and their selfefficacy levels. In consequence of the research, it is determined that there is a statistical relationship between the organizational support perceived by employees in the logistics sector and their selfefficacy levels. Accordingly, it is found out that average of organizational support perceptions regarding the work structure is 3.883 and average of organizations support perceptions regarding the personal development is 3.465. Furthermore, it is determined that they have assertiveness with an average self-efficacy level of 1.742 and an average self-confidence level of 1.602. It is possible to say in other words that employees in the logistics sector have high level of effort and low level of self-confidence and assertiveness. When levels of organizational support perceived by employees increase, self-efficacy levels regarding the aspect of effort increases; when the perception of organizational support decreases, self-efficacy levels regarding assertiveness and self-confidence decrease.

The objective of the research is to measure levels of organizational commitment, job performance, burnout and workaholism of cashiers comprising research sample and examine the correlation between these concepts. According to findings revealed as a result of the research, a strong, positive linear correlation has been determined between workaholism, organizational commitment and job performance. Beside, in the research, a secret "workaholism" for cashiers can be mentioned about. However sufficient findings regarding cashiers to be completely workaholic cannot be reached. Organizational commitment of cashiers has been determined as intermediate while job performance levels are on a degree considered as good. Sufficient findings to characterize cashiers as burned out could not be acquired.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among organizational commitment, jo... more The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among organizational commitment, job satisfaction and the dimensions of psychological empowerment depending on the perceptions of middle-line managers and the employees in the tourism sector. A survey was applied to 247 middle-line and lower level managers working for hospitality enterprises in
the provinces of Gaziantep and Mardin. The results of the study indicate that meaning and impact dimension of psychological empowerment is moderately related with job satisfaction and competence dimension is moderately related with commitment. In addition, competence and self-determination dimensions of
psychological empowerment seem to have no significant impact on job satisfaction and meaning, self-determination, impact dimensions on organizational commitment.

The study is carried out on 136 practitioners of accountancy that are operating in Diyarbakir. As the scale of work - family conflicts; Netemeyer, Boles and Mc Murrian (1996) work - family conflicts and family- work conflict scales are used consisting of 10 questions (5 of them are about work - family conflicts and 5 of them are about family - work conflicts). As a result of the study, ıt was examined that the practitioners of accountancy operating in Diyarbakir have generally conflicts between work - family and family- work in accordance with the answers given to the scale of work - family conflict. However, the average of the answers given to the scale of work - family conflict is as “I am not sure”. Therefore, ıt can be said that there may be a secret conflict owing to the fact that the problems occurred from work may affect family.

As a result of the research, significant differences between job satisfaction and size of wage satisfaction have been detected according to positions of bank managers in workplace. Also differences at the point of organizational commitment linked to job experience have been detected. In other words, it has been observed that job satisfaction levels of bank managers who have started their occupation new, is high however job satisfaction was reduced in the organization in parallel with the increase of job experience. Besides, it has been observed that wage satisfaction is intermediate in positions they hold.

A market limitation model is developed for optimum use of capacity on the basis of the enterprise’s data of the last three years. According to the model, it is determined that the
cutting, ironing and packaging units of the enterprise operate with idle capacity and provide a profit of 29,618,370 Euros. However, a new model has been developed and analyzed in
order to ensure that the enterprise manufactures its own products, which are mainly sewed by contract manufacturing. According to the proposed model, it is seen that the enterprise
has doubled its profit by increasing it to 57,905,430 Euros.
