The study examines the advantages and challenges of conducting simultaneous elections at all levels of government, including its potential impact on democratic principles, political parties, and voter behaviour. The research also analyses the legal and constitutional aspects of this initiative and explores the practical considerations involved in its implementation, such as coordinating election schedules and deploying resources effectively. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the potential benefits and drawbacks of One Nation One Election, and offer recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders to consider when evaluating its feasibility

In terms of public administration justice refers to " the fair and equitable treatment of all individuals and groups within the context of governing institutions and operations". The development of justice in public administration has evolved over a period of time through various philosophers and public movements. The importance of justice in administrative decision making is very important for good governance. This research paper focuses on the historical development of justice in public administration and its importance in policy making and policy implementation to enhance good governance. This research paper deals with different dimensions of justice in public administration like social justice, environmental justice, access to justice, distributive and redistributive justice etc. The importance of key principles like fairness, equity and impartiality in justice theory of public administration are also mentioned in this research paper. What are the challenges while upholding justice in public administration and the relationship between justice in public administration and good governance is also mentioned in this research paper
Good governance emerged as a powerful idea when the institutions like world Bank, UNDP, OECD etc.... more Good governance emerged as a powerful idea when the institutions like world Bank, UNDP, OECD etc. realized that it is citizen friendly, citizen caring and responsive administration. Good governance is measured by eight factors of participation, rule of law, transpiracy, responsiveness, consensus oriented, equity and inclusiveness, effectiveness and efficiency and accountability. These characteristics are mostly related to government and government organizations but the purpose of this study is to discuss about the role and responsibilities of the people living in the country to promote good governance. Good governance is only possible when both the government and the citizens of the country are loyal and responsible towards building the growth and development of the nation. In this study we will discuss about the responsibilities that lies on the shoulders of the citizens to help the government to promote good governance.

implemen... more This research paper examines the challenge and potential drawbacks associated with the implementation of uniform civil code in India. The concept of uniform civil code aims to establish common laws for all citizens, irrespective of their religious and traditional affiliations. The paper delves into the various conflicts that may arise from implementing a uniform civil code including opposition from religious groups, resistance to change and debates over gender justice. Further more this paper draws lessons from the experience of the countries that have implemented uniform civil code, highlighting the importance of social acceptance, sensitisation and preserving religious and cultural diversity. It suggests that alternative approaches such as reforming and harmonizing existing personal laws. In conclusion the research paper emphasizes the significance of considering these challenges and alternatives in discussions surrounding the implementation of a uniform civil code in India. By promoting inclusivity, social harmony and upholding constitutional principles. India can strive towards a legal framework that balances equality and personal freedoms while preserving the religious and cultural traditions of it is diverse population

The study attempts to assess the level of environmental sustainability awareness in the Kingdom o... more The study attempts to assess the level of environmental sustainability awareness in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the process, the study tries to assess the impact of extracurricular activities in increasing awareness of environmental sustainability. A survey questionnaire was administered to the students of Prince Sattam University and other universities of Saudi Arabia. The questionnaire comprises statements on simple environmental conservation activities, which we come across on a daily basis. Hypothesis testing is used to identify significant differences across different categories of respondents. Further, the method of binary logistic regression is used to analyze the data. Though all the respondents agree that conserving the environment is important still there are significant differences across categories when it comes to believing in and practicing environmentally-responsible behavior. The results show that environmental awareness can be increased using awareness activities on sustainability issues in a University setting. The study concludes that increasing the number of extracurricular activities on environmental topics as only 38% of the respondents reported any activity related to the environment in the past year. The findings of this study suggest that increased awareness of environmental issues can boost the sustainability awareness, which will ultimately lead to a sustainable environment.
