 Good morning everyone!  Happy Monday.  I can't believe there's just 11 days left of January and the celebration in February is starting soon.  15 years,  WOW, for those of you who don't know what I am talking about, I am excited that we will be celebrating 15 years post brain surgery!  WOW.  Who would have thought that I would still even be alive?  Glory to god.

I cross my heart

 Happy Saturday!  I wanted to share a little love as we approach valentines season. As this cute card says, "I cross my heart"  How sweet is that?  I made this card in a class with beautiful papers from Echo Park.  You take  12 sheets of 6x6 echo park paper and create 8 card fronts.  It was a fun class.

Hope you have had a great week, glad today is Friday and I will spend it with the kiddos in school and then get to enjoy the weekend.  No major plans for the weekend yet, but I will be starting to make plans for celebrating in February.  Happy Wednesday, not used to it, esp. with that Christmas break I just had but today is my third day at work, lol!  I am so spoiled, ha ha.  I am sure to be exhausted by the end of today.  I am sharing this cutie today, can you believe that February is approaching?  I am going to hit 15 years post brain surgery?  How unbelievable is that?

Grateful for you

 Today we are welcoming the kids back to school.  Normally I would not be working today but I am substituting for a peer at work.  So this week I am doing 4 days plus an extra before and after school duty time.  We'll see if that makes the week long....

 Happy Monday everyone!  Today is a teacher workday, so back to the office, well, not exactly, we are going to another location for teacher training then back to our school in the afternoon.  Tomorrow will start up the school week with the kiddos.

Here's a lovely card made by a kid who had a store in the Maker's markert by the Texas capitol building in December on the day of the christmas tree lighting. It was so rainy and cold.  All these wonderful booths were filled with kiddos who made their own goodies to sell.  They all kept telling me how cold they were and how they had been outside ALL DAY.  among the things I got for them was cards from a couple of different vendors.  This vendor was Adelaide who made the cutest cards to sell.

I love her drawing of the Capitol of Texas.  Great job, just wait until you see the other creations I got from her.  (Posted with her permission)

 First weekend of the new year.  I haven't yet decided if I will stay home or go to the local bead show this year. Happy Thursday

Wow, here we are the first week of 2025!  Can you believe I am just 152 DAYS from Turkiye this year?  I am so excited.  I hope to have a great trip.  But I am also considering going to a convention that is in Irving, TX in March (during spring break).  I went the last couple years.  It was so much fun.  I hope to go this year.  That would be the 19th to the 23rd of March, so if I am counting, lol, just 76 days to that event.  WOO HOO. Let's fill this year with Happy Moments
