Default list style is empty when role shorthand is used #472

When the role shorthand is used over an ordered list, the list style is empty.

Example:

[.procedure]
. one
. two
. three

In this case, the style is empty instead of the value "arabic" as is expected.

  * disc, square, circle for unordered lists
- fix missing style when role shorthand is used on ordered list
- convenience method for retrieving list marker keyword
