    dénommée SPC Sarl, agréée par Arrêté No 2963/MINSANTE/SG/DPML/SDP/SA du 01
    Octobre 2018, Adresse du site de distribution : BP : 15483 Douala- Deido, Région du
    Littoral, Cameroun ; a fait l’objet d’un contrôle des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution en date
    du 23 Septembre 2022.
    2- Au terme dudit contrôle, le site susmentionné et les opérations pharmaceutiques effectuées
    sont jugés conformes aux exigences des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution qui découlent des
    principes du Guide de Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution rendu public par décision No0530 du
    08 Juin 2009.
    3- Le présent certificat ne dispense pas son titulaire du respect des autres lois et règlements qui
    lui sont applicables. Il peut être annulé à tout moment pendant sa période de validité s’il est
    constaté que l’entreprise ne remplit plus les conditions qui ont justifié sa délivrance.
    4- En foi de quoi, le présent Certificat est délivré à la société pour servir et valoir ce que de
    droit. Ce Certificat est valable pendant : deux (02) ans.
    5- Nom du pharmacien Responsable de la société : Docteur NGNIPOHO Fanny, inscrit au
    tableau de l’ordre National des Pharmaciens sous le numéro 985C

    1- We certify that the pharmaceutical products distribution called SPC Sarl holder of the
    Autorisation No2963/ MINSANTE/ SG/ DPML/SDP/SA of the 1st October 2018, Address
    of site : PO.BOX : 15483, Deido-Douala, Littoral Region, Cameroon ; was subject to control
    of Good Distribution Practices on the 23th September 2022.
    2- At the end of control, the site mentioned and the parmaceutical operations carried with
    the requirements of Good Distribution Practises according to the priciples of the Good
    Distribution Practises Guidelines published by decision No0530 of 08th June 2009.
    3- This Certificate does not anyway exempt the company from abiding by the others rules and
    regulations. It may be revoked at any time it is discovered the firm no longer fulfills the
    relevant requirements.
    4- In testimony where of, the present Certificate is issued to the company SPC SARL for the
    purpose it deserves. This Certificate is valid for : Two (02) Years.
    5- Name of the Pharmacist Manager : Doctor NGNIPOHO Fanny, member registered on the
    board of the pharmaceutical sociéty of Cameroon under the number 985C.

    sont jugés conformes aux exigences des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution qui découlent des
    principes du Guide de Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution rendu public par décision No0530 du
