1. Definición del Régimen de Importación

Definición
Régimen Aduanero que permite el ingreso legal de mercancías provenientes del
exterior, para ser destinadas al uso o consumo. Las mercancías extranjeras se
considerarán nacionalizadas cuando haya sido concedido el levante, momento en que
culmina el despacho de importación. (Artículo 52ºL)

 INTA-PG.01 Procedimiento de calidad de importación, aprobado por el

Resolución 000524-2003 (publicado el 03.12.2003 y vigente el 09.12.2003.)

 Norma que regula el Régimen de Percepciones del IGV aplicable a las

operaciones de importación definitiva, aprobada por Resolución de
Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria Nº 203-2003/SUNAT
publicada el 01.11.2003.

 Norma que fija el monto de la tasa de despacho aduanero creada por el artículo
3º de la Ley Nº 27973, aprobado por Decreto Supremo Nº 072-2004-EF
