- Keep - While the sources cited are largely about the disaster and not the athlete himself, the BBC described him as "one of China's most accomplished ultramarathoners" and says that he had a fanbase, which suggests that there's likely coverage in Chinese sources. Not trying to be WP:THEREMUSTBESOURCES, but I don't know Mandarin and wouldn't be able to find any, and the wording of the BBC article definitely indicates notability in China to me. National record holder died in the worst accident (by death toll) in the world's ultra-marathon history (and probably even the worst accident by death toll of the participating athletes in the world's modern sport history?
