Leylah Fernandez defeated Kateřina Siniaková in the final, 3–6, 6–4, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Hong Kong Tennis Open.[1]

Dayana Yastremska was the defending champion from when the tournament was last held in 2018,[2] but lost to Mirra Andreeva in the first round.[3]
