Thanks for uploading File:Coldplay - Fix You (Single).jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Vicky Larraz

edit

Hello MartinsElGrande, I wanted to ask you a favour. I see from your contributions that you have the book of the Spanish charts, Solo Exitos (1959–2012). Would you mind added chart positions and references to the article for Vicky Larraz? It was nominated for deletion because she doesn't appear to be famous, but I pointed out that most of her chart success was in the 1980s, so the information won't be available on the internet. If this could be added to the article then it won't get nominated for deletion again in the future. Thank you. Richard3120 (talk) 22:14, 16 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Guns n' Roses - Use Your Illusion I.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Guns n' Roses - Use Your Illusion I.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. epic

edit

re: a link to "epic poetry" for Wagner's stage works

You were reverted, - you should not revert back but discuss on the talk why you think your link is a good idea, and find consensus = others who agree.

I think it's not a good idea:

  • it leads to two links in a row which is called a "sea of blue" - to be avoided
  • epic is a common word that doesn't need a link
  • a link to a form of poetry in the very first sentence of an article about musical drama is a sidetrack.

Best solution: you revert yourself, and if you need that link, add it to the article about the text, Der Ring des Nibelungen: composition of the text. -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:27, 31 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi MartinsElGrande672! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Titanic (1997 film) several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Titanic (1997 film), please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 06:17, 26 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
