The following paper represents numerous kinds of qualitative research projects focused on
exploring the evolution, and participation of sound or music in the society management. It also presents a few new upcoming streams of music which is considered important in leading
contented life. These new streams like music therapy, music and fitness develops on a version of Dr. T.V. Sairam, Costas Karageorghis by incorporating new elements and conceptualization and providing detailed experimental examples to support the various components.
The brain function physically changes in response to music. The rhythm can guide into breathing in slower, deeper patterns that produces a calming effect. Heart rate and blood pressure also gets effected with the related musical intervention. Indian classical music incorporates certain techniques of vocalization and articulation which involves pranayama or deep breathing exercises. These techniques are beneficial for oxygenating the body, further helping in combatting the neurological disorders in children and adults.
This paper discusses the role and conjoint uses of Indian music therapy and brain pathology to combat head injuries like stroke, speech impairment, Epilepsy, dementia etc. It promotes and incorporates Indian singing/vocal interventions even to deal with speaking and communicating difficulties which is caused due to brain minor issue. Appropriate uses of music not only heal physically but also helps one at the psychological level enhancing their self-esteem, confidence and carefreeness. Important case studies and experiments are also including in this paper to represent evidences.
This paper discusses the advantages of integrating music in studies not only as a particular subject but also as a teaching and learning tool to other subjects and sports. The paper also focuses what musical should be incorporated in the school for fun learning and personality development and what teachers should prohibit the students to listen; musical pieces and genre which is not useful for their creative minds and brain. There are some of the selected genre everyone should listen to, to heal their inner being and make their kids and students listen.
