Uhhh chicken pox parties and the like are incredibly dangerous. Vaccinations have a high rate of success and a low rate of adverse effects, which is why their use has been justified despite massive opposition from civilians and governments alike.

Essentially it looks like people do get sick from vaccines but I haven't seen enough legitimate evidence to say it causes mental issues like autism
