Marandas Chicken Spaghetti
Marandas Chicken spaghetti
2-3 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
Half a box of angel hair spaghetti noodles cooked
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can rotel
1 cup of chicken broth
Mix all together
Then add probably half a block of the big velveeta cheese blocks in cubes on top
Cook 375 for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Stir in cheese to pasta and cook 5 more minutes.
Serve hot!
Oh my!

Fettuccine Alfredo
This is all it takes!
Some don't like black pepper. I do though.
If I have heavy whipping cream I would use that instead but
I used what I had.
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
(or half and half)
1 stick butter
(not margarine)
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Optional 2 tbsp. cream cheese
salt and pepper
Melt stick of butter. Add heavy cream.
Cook over medium heat while stirring the whole time.
When thickening, add cheese.
Add Garlic powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
I served with Grilled Salmon & Brussel sprouts
cooked with
bacon and butter.
You will never buy bought alfredo sauce again,
once you make this.
It is easy and quick.

Kathy's Spaghetti
I honestly can't tell you how good this spaghetti is!!

This is actually her Moms and Aunts recipe but she shared with me!
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
3 Cans (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
2 (6 oz.) Tomato Paste
1 (14 oz.) Diced Tomatoes
1/4 box oregano
Salt & Pepper
Brown ground beef & onions.
Add everything else and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve & Enjoy!
