Ingredients
- 1 pkt slaw mix
- 1 pkt ramen noodles, any flavor, uncooked, broken up a little
- 5 x green onions
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/3 x to 1/2 c. red wine vinegar (I use the lesser amount)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- Â Â Seasoning packet from noodles
- Â Â black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix and pour over salad mix. You can also cook and cube 4 chicken breasts to make a complete meal.
