Hello!.
You should always try to categorize your uploaded media in a more accurate category. In this case and for Category:Medicine I suppose that correct is Category:Medicine in the Netherlands. But I do not know what the best categories would be for the others ones. I. g. Instead of Category:Manuscripts, which century or type, i. g. Category:15th-century manuscripts?.
Before upload a media, you should browse by categories to determine the most convenient one/s (or create a new category).

Van die beroerlicke ...
[edit]Dag, Evadeco. "0B423D0C-71CF-11E5-BD2B-E4CAD43445F2" lijkt nogal willekeurig – zie ook Commons:File naming: "Names should be descriptive, chosen according to what the image displays or contents portray". Groet, Eissink (talk) 14:15, 15 September 2020 (UTC).
