Longsword design

Here's a longsword design I really like. Feel free to change it up and add some flair to it! I like the idea of simplistic, yet elegant and I feel this type of sword design encapsulates it well. (I'd like the blade to be silver in color with a black metal crossguard and hilt. The leather wrapping of the handle can be brown. I’ve desides against the sword glowing in the picture. It’ll just be the standard blade without any flashy shows of power

Longsword is a straight sword in Elden Ring. Starting armament of the Vagabond origin. Purchased from Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold for 1,000 Runes. The default skill is useful for breaking the guard of blocking enemies with the light attack version or for breaking their Stance with the heavy attack version. Consistently the second strongest of all regular Straight Swords, outmatched only by the Broadsword, almost matching it on a Keen affinity and outclassing it on a Quality…

Another design exercise based on a personal IP. Got inspired by the trick weapons of Bloodborne and wanted to design my own versatile fantasy weapon that could, on paper, adapt to almost any combat situation. The sword spear consists of a one-handed arming sword and a long bludgeon similar to a mace. Put together, it transforms into a polearm capable of keeping foes at a distance from oneself.
