Time doesn't seem to have any effect on this sword.. what do these runes mean ? :) Here is a work on model a game ready asset based on concept from the talented Crazy Lion, whom I thank for allowing me to use his work. It was a fun challenge to study and make a scene with it in Unreal. Modelling in Blender, texturing with Substance and render in UE4 and Marmoset 4. I helped in 3d modelling the cross guard and the pommel. I did the blocking and first pass of sculpting for the cross guard and pommel. Then James Doyle took them further by refining the sculpt and prepping them for print. :) The cross guard and pommel were digitally sculpted using Zbrush, 3d printed and then cast in bronze. :)
