I see they treat people with disabilities horrible customer service rude and ignorant customer service

This is the danforth pick up No more bull shot because of Canada post strike. Thank you for nothing but a pain in the ass hole

PenguinPickup - 650 Dundas Toronto - incompetent

PenguinPickup staff at 650 Dundas st E in Toronto are completely incompetent. On Aug 4, I told them I needed to get a letter to Newfoundland in less than a week. They told me they will have it delivered on Aug 7 via FedEx & charged me $52. On August 8, they had not yet even given the letter to FedEx. My package got to NL a week late. My recipient was no longer there. Had to pay another courier to get it to her. Now PenguinPickup staff refusing to refund my money - staff now lying, actually blaming me, lying by saying they presented different options & I could have chosen a different option. Lying to cover incompetence. They did not present any options. I would have paid any amount of money to ship that package. Shameful.

3.55 pm i spoke to 2 aso les on the…

3.55 pm i spoke to 2 aso les on the phone with 2 phone calls that were hung up too.
1- I call perulator and they had a faulty AI working there and took down the wrong info!!!

2-then i called 2 morons at The pequin store who were not helpful at all, actually they will be replaced by ai soon from what I see.
*****I asked them 4 times directly and indirectly to check if my goods were there but they circled around like morons by asking me questions or distracting me to talk about perulator and even hung up 2 times!!!! yes, i never got a productive conversation with any of the 2 people as to where my package is!
Even worse the 2 person lied that the first person told me to come in. Who gives you the right to lie like a moron like this?
Really and they don't even take 3 minutes to check my tracking number?

With This absurdity and i think their manager should be alerted that these employees are dangerous to the company. I don't even know where my goods are now.
This is entirely uncustomer service. like.
