This is an update to my previous reviews. It is now Dec 26th and the package that was out for delivery on Dec 3rd has still not arrived. Information on the tracking app has been updated. Fortunately for me the supplier went above and beyond to personally deliver the order.(william woodwrite) from Guelph to Windsor. ICS has done nothing with regard to providing any kind of information or update on the order. I can only rate them a one star it would be less if I could. I know they will blame many things on the poor service but not themselves. I feel badly for their customer service department it must be disheartening to work for such a poorly run company and handle the many complaints they surely get on daily basis. FYI when I put in my first review they were at a 2 and in only a few weeks they are now a 1.6.

Useless. Left my package on an NYC street--who does that?--instead of using the intercom to buzz my apartment. Also, they obviously re-packed my order for whatever reason and almost all parts were missing, which renders it useless. They obviously also don't have customer support agents, just a bot. I thought no one could be worse than OnTrac, but apparently I was wrong.

Drivers too lazy to bring your package(s) to your door, instead leaving right in the lobby of large apartment building to get stolen. Which is exactly what happened. Thanks alot guys, never use again.

I've been waiting for my package for almost a month. It shows that it made it to the Dragonfly depot in Surrey - three weeks ago. I've called twice and each time they tell me that it has been taken care of and I'll receive the package in two days. I'm still waiting. Three days ago, they delivered a package for my wife. It was two weeks late. Really bad service seems to be their thing. That may be ok for personal stuff but it's a disaster for a business.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. They don't even try to knock your door. They call me with an anonymous number and if you don't answer, they leave. Didn't even try reattempting the next day like Best Buy says they will. I'll never order from Best Buy again after this.

The worst. Theyve repeatedly lost my packages, its almost impossible to get a hold of customer service, and they dont satisfactorily resolve missing packages. The WORST company ive ever had to deal with. I no longer buy from companies who ship with them.

I see they treat people with disabilities horrible customer service rude and ignorant customer service This is the danforth pick up No more bull shot because of Canada post strike. Thank you for nothing but a pain in the ass hole

12-09-2024 on this day, delivery was not made to my house was given a picture of a box not showing it on my porch. Very shady. Picture does not show proof of delivery. These were Sneakers from GOAT. I got a text at 7:15. That package was delivered. I opened my door immediately afterwards and there was no package and it wasn’t even 716 also was raining and you could see no footprints on my front porch. And if you look at these reviews, another gentleman same exact situation as mine same day within hours of each other. I’m in North Reading curious to know where this other person is from because we have a driver who is stealing packages.
