Exercises:
X4 Hand to heel taps, jump to plank - shoulders back, can step back to plank if needed
Squat jumps tap the floor - remember posture! Shoulders back, back straight
Plank shoulder tap (each arm) jump legs up to hands and back - keep your core tight, your hips shouldn’t move on the shoulder taps! If needed you can step up to hands and back
Tap leg back and twist knee to elbow - engage your core the whole time
Plank twist each leg through - hips down core tight, lift the opposite arm up as you twist through
Mountain climbers - shoulders in line with your wrists, hips down, core and glutes engaged

Reps (on each side where applies):
2 reps of each exercise for round 1 
3 reps of each exercise for round 2 
Then 4, 5, 6 all the way to Plank Twist, Shoulder Taps, Shoulder Tap, Plank Shoulder Taps, Squat Jumps, Mini Workouts, Exercise Video, Heel Taps, Heel Tap
