The study evaluates the best green practices and green HRM practices at higher educational instit... more The study evaluates the best green practices and green HRM practices at higher educational institutes on sustainability, including green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance appraisal, green pay and reward management, green employee participation and empowerment, and green exit. Using a simple random sampling method, the sample data of 150 was collected from Teaching and Non-Teaching employees of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore using the questionnaire method. The study reveals that the entire GHRM practices adopted in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore are low; thus, it is essential in the modern scenario to enhance its HR practices to be more environmentally sustainable. The finding suggests that policies and practices may exist, but employees are unaware of them. This reveals a lack of sharing of knowledge among employees. This research study will help to identify the standard Green hrm practices used in higher education institutes as well as determining the amount of Green HRM practises implemented in the academic institute. This will enhance the higher education institute because it's responsible for environmental stewardship.

The data obligatory for this study are collected from both primary and secondary sources. The interview schedules are prepared in such a way that they are simple and understandable to enable the respondents to express their opinions freely and frankly. Adequate care has been taken to collect unbiased data from the respondents. Thus, the collected data were analysed using various statistical tools such as t-test and ANOVA Analysis. The output of the study will help the bank to improve their services and it can be helpful to avoid rising of major problems at their bank, it will also be useful to the customers of the bank. This study may helpful to the Banks to provide a better-quality of services, and can satisfy their customers’ requirements more than their expectation.

Without e-banking service no banks can survive in this competitive banking business. E-Banking means the provision of information about a bank and its services through a home page on the World Wide Web (WWW). E-Banking services provide customer access to accounts, the ability to transfer their money between different accounts, and making payments or applying for loans through E-Channels. Electronic Banking is otherwise called as Internet Banking or Virtual Banking or Online Banking or Web Banking. E-Banking is the medium and latest delivery channel to be offered by the retail banks. It provided number of benefits to customer in term of easy to use and at least cost of transactions; it may be either through internet, telephone or other electronic delivery channels. Nationalization was a structural change in the performance of commercial banks which resulted in to the emergence of public sector banks. This study helps to know the satisfaction level of customers towards E-banking services provided by SBI in Coimbatore City. Hence, the researcher aims to discover how online shoppers react to their purchasing behaviour Changes during Covid-19 time in terms of perceived benefits. The Researcher has collected data from 250 respondents for the study. The research analyses the role of Covid-19 as a moderate variable in the relationship between benefits perception of the consumer and their online shopping activity. The result shows the Covid-19 plays a vital role in consumer's awareness of utilities, which encourages Consumers towards online shopping. Meanwhile, the affection of society could be a reason that consumers become more hesitant to shop online. These findings can be able to understand the consumer behaviour comprehensively; it also helps companies to deal with similar situation as well as recommendations for the government to support businesses effectively in the future.

The Objectives of the Study are (i) To study the level of various Environmental sustainable strategies adopted in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. (ii)To examine the awareness level of the patients about Environmental sustainability adopted in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. (iii) To identify the factors of Environmental Sustainable treatments in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. (iv) To measure the impact of environment sustainable treatment on patient satisfaction in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. (v) To suggest improvements in environment sustainable treatment for better patient satisfaction in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. This study falls under descriptive research. The data collected from the primary sources through interview schedule. Non probability judgment sampling techniques was adopted to select the hospitals, having a bed strength of above 500 were taken up for the study. Five such hospitals located in Coimbatore city are considered for the study. In these hospitals 250 in-patients were selected for the study. The data collected were analyzed using relevant statistical tools like (a) chi-square analysis (b) mean score analysis (c) rank analysis (d) Five point scale analysis (e) Factor analysis (f) correlation and multiple regression analysis. Finally, this study concluded that India is emerging as a major player in this industry because of its high population and is currently has $61.8 billion industry, which is growing at a rate of 16-17% and is expected to touch $132 billion by 2023.
