A method of two-dimensional infrared (2D IR) spectroscopy called relaxation-assisted 2D IR (RA 2DIR) is proposed that utilizes vibrational energy relaxation transport in molecules to enhance crosspeak amplitudes. This method substantially increases the range of distances accessible by 2D IR and is capable of identifying longrange connectivity patterns in molecules. RA 2DIR is illustrated in interactions among CN and CO modes in 3-cyanocoumarin and 4-acetylbenzonitrile, where the distances between the CN and CO groups are Ϸ3.1 and Ϸ6.5 Å, respectively. A 6-fold increase in cross-peak amplitude was observed in 4-acetylbenzonitrile when the dual-frequency RA 2DIR method was used.

(iii) To identify the factors of Environmental Sustainable treatments in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. (iv) To measure the impact of environment sustainable treatment on patient satisfaction in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. (v) To suggest improvements in environment sustainable treatment for better patient satisfaction in select hospitals in Coimbatore district. This study falls under descriptive research. The data collected from the primary sources through interview schedule. Non probability judgment sampling techniques was adopted to select the hospitals, having a bed strength of above 500 were taken up for the study. Five such hospitals located in Coimbatore city are considered for the study. In these hospitals 250 in-patients were selected for the study. The data collected were analyzed using relevant statistical tools like (a) chi-square analysis (b) mean score analysis (c) rank analysis (d) Five point scale analysis (e) Factor analysis (f) correlation and multiple regression analysis. Finally, this study concluded that India is emerging as a major player in this industry because of its high population and is currently has $61.8 billion industry, which is growing at a rate of 16-17% and is expected to touch $132 billion by 2023.

In Today's scenario E-Banking service plays a vital role in attracting new customers and retaining old customers. Without e-banking service no banks can survive in this competitive banking business. E-Banking means the provision of information about a bank and its services through a home page on the World Wide Web (WWW). E-Banking services provide customer access to accounts, the ability to transfer their money between different accounts, and making payments or applying for loans through E-Channels. Electronic Banking is otherwise called as Internet Banking or Virtual Banking or Online Banking or Web Banking. E-Banking is the medium and latest delivery channel to be offered by the retail banks. The study evaluates the best green practices and green HRM practices at higher educational institutes on sustainability, including green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance appraisal, green pay and reward management, green employee participation and empowerment, and green exit. Using a simple random sampling method, the sample data of 150 was collected from Teaching and Non-Teaching employees of Bharathiar University, Coimbatore using the questionnaire method. The study reveals that the entire GHRM practices adopted in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore are low; thus, it is essential in the modern scenario to enhance its HR practices to be more environmentally sustainable. The finding suggests that policies and practices may exist, but employees are unaware of them. This reveals a lack of sharing of knowledge among employees. This research study will help to identify the standard Green hrm practices used in higher education institutes as well as determining the amount of Green HRM practises implemented in the academic institute. This will enhance the higher education institute because it's responsible for environmental stewardship.

The Digital India programme is a prestigious programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and to become a knowledge economy. "Faceless, Paperless, Cashless" is one of professed role and slogan of of Digital India. As part of promoting cashless transactions and converting India into less-cash society, various modes of digital payments are available. These modes are banking cards, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Unified Payment Interface (UPI), mobile wallets point of sales, micro ATM etc. The current study is focused on urban consumers' attitude, perception towards digtal payment systems. For the purpose of study, a convenient sampling survey was conducted among 100 urban respondents in Malappuram District of Kerala with the help of an interview schedule. The tools used for this study are Percentage analysis; one way Anova, independent sample t-test, ranking method etc.

The universal economic meltdown has unfair all the sectors of the Indian economy. Its impact is more observable on the capital market and the indices. The indices are dropping down and the markets are following the same trend. The NSE NIFTY has been the worst hit among the Indian stock market indices. The other sectoral indices are also following the NIFTY until a renewal in the last quarter. Because of the lessening trends in the capital markets, the investors are in a predicament whether their investments will be safe or not. Even though the condition has calmed a little bit now, still there is an obscurity among the investors about the performance of the indices. In this backdrop, an effort was made to study the performance of the sectoral indices in evaluation with NIFTY. The author has taken the data of the last financial year and studied the co integration to establish the relationship between the selected sectoral indices and NSE. Six leading sectoral indices were taken for the analysis, which have a significant impact on the total economic situation of the country.

The Credit rating is used by the investors and companies for the investment and capital structuring plans respectively. But in a contrary, often, the financial scandals and economic fluctuations put a collective blame on the corporate gatekeepers who failed to reveal or up to an extent to predict the situations when the users think it is their duty to guide the investors. Moreover the issues as imperfect competition, low exposure to litigation, change in payment structure and reduction in reputational capital were contributed for the assumption of failure of corporate gatekeepers. Hence, this situation highlights the relevance of this study on "perception on quality of credit rating". The researcher used the sample respondents from the investors and clients of rating agency to study the difference in the perception on the rating quality as who are the main capital market participants and concludes with a recommendation that the credit rating agencies should try to reduce the conflict of interest in their services and more transparency in their rating methodology to improve the quality of credit rating services.

The Credit Rating Agency plays a vital role in the financial market by bringing all the detailed financial information about the companies and countries for information symmetry. But the financial scandals and business failures shows that the watch dogs, rating agencies, could not reveal the true economic situations when it was their duty to lessen the information asymmetry between the investors and business managers. Hence, in the present study, the researcher made an attempt to identify the rating quality factors of credit rating services using the RATEQUAL Model (Einig, 2008) to differentiate the perception of the investors and clients. The study concludes with suggestions to eliminate the conflict of interest in credit rating services and concentrate more on the methodology, internal process and transparency to improve their rating quality.

Quality of service is very important, especially for the growth and development of service sector enterprises. Due to the increasing importance of the service sector in the economy, the measurement of service quality became important. The banking sector is facing challenges with stiff competition and advancement of technology. It becomes imperative for service providers to meet the target customers" satisfaction with quality of services expected by them. Delivering high quality services is a prerequisite for achieving customer satisfaction and only through customer satisfaction can any organization gain customer retention. The main objective of the study is to analyze the perception of the customers towards quality of banking services of CANARA and ICICI bank. A sample of 60customers has been selected. Out of this 30 respondents are the customers of Canara bank and remaining 30 respondents are customers of ICICI Bank. Data have been collected through questionnaires designed on a five point Likert scale. Independent sample t-test has been used as the statistical tool to measure the difference in service quality on the variables, namely tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy. The analysis of data revealed that a significant difference exists in service quality on the perception of customers in Canara bank and ICICI bank.

In India there are over 1170 million mobile subscribers and it is increasing day by day. This has paved the way for many companies of goods and services in the state to manage their sales promotions through the mobile telephone platform. SMS marketing is one of the most popular kinds of mobile marketing. The present research investigates consumer‟s attitude and perception towards SMS advertising and a descriptive research design is made to extract the relevant factors bearing on consumer attitude towards SMS based advertisements and users actual behavior. A sample of 110 smart phone users from Malappuram District of Kerala state has been taken for the study by using convenient sampling method. Malappuram district consist of 25 lakh smart phone users due to time and cost constraints sample size it‟s fixed to 110. The data required for the study were collected by using of the interview schedule method. The questionnaire was prepared in English language, the investigator recorded the responses in the instrument. The instrument consist of five point scale Likert scale statements relating to attitude and perception towards short message service (SMS) advertising through mobile phones. The collected data analyzed by employing factor analysis and independent sample t-test. The result reveal that there are no difference in perception towards privacy in relation to SMS advertisements among male and female. The study also found that privacy and disturbance related perception factors, purchase intention related perception factors and finally content related perception factors are the leading factors contributing to the perception towards SMS advertisements.

The BRICS continued to be strong performers in attracting foreign direct investment in 2013, approximately repetition their share from the pre-crisis level. The present study includes investigation that, the performance of pre and post period of BRICS formation. Here, paired sample t-test has been used to analyze select eleven variables associated with the BRICS countries with respect to measure the performance of FDI. The country wise overall investment patterns in Brazil. Russia, India, and China are satisfactory during the study period. But these countries face some challenges in order to sustain their performance in FDI flows they should optimize their economic condition as well as their policy implications to attract more FDIs at global level in future.
