I ordered glasses on the 29.11 and it is still in work. I called there several times and sent emails, no answer and NO GLASSES.
Not trustful at all.

Slow delivery and mistakes

Ordered sunglasses with a stated 10-12 days delivery time. After 2 weeks I got an email saying they were delayed without any further explanation. I responded back that they needed to be shipped within a week, if not I would not have any use for them as I was leaving for vacation. Two weeks later they shipped the glasses with DHL, but had not provided the full address to DHL, so now DHL is unable to deliver. Tomorrow it is 1 month since I placed the order and made the payment and I have still not received my glasses that I paid more than €300 for, I have left for my trip and will not be back for a month. Avoid Brille24 or be prepared to be disappointed.

We apologise that you did not receive a detailed explanation for the delay. Ultimately, it was due to a late delivery from the manufacturer, which was not foreseeable.

Unfortunately, you then had the problem you described with the address, for which we must also apologise to you. We are already working hard to find the cause of this error. Admittedly, this field is only used very rarely, so we have not noticed any errors so far. Nevertheless, it is more than annoying, no question.

We are sorry that your case has caused you to advise other people not to buy from us. As much as we would like everything to be 100% perfect, sometimes things happen that are unforeseeable, even for us. Again, we are very sorry for that.
