Northeast India is a geographically land-locked, covered ninety nine percent of its boundary by foreign countries. Thus in spite of being blessed with a high potential for development of resource-based and demand-based industries in the region, the pace of industrialisation in Northeast had not been satisfactory. Village and cottage industry in Northeast India constitutes an important part in the economy of this region. As we all know that in a thickly populated country like India, Village and Cottage industry is one of the dominating contributors for GDP and thus this industrially backward region of the country can also largely contribute to the country's GDP growth through properly leveraging the existing cottage and village industries. Emphasis should also be given for promoting development and establishment of new cottage industries, thereby removing the regional economic imbalances and contributing all other benefits. But leverage and development of the industry can only be acquired through diminishing the problems and issues arising out of sickness in this industry. Here in this paper an attempt has been made to give a suggestive business model which may support and enable to remove the industries' core issues for sickness starting from sourcing of raw materials to delivery of finished products. The model described in the paper is based on information communication technology and supply chain logistics management and their impact on cottage industries' product value chain. The paper also highlights about the organising and integration of unorganised cottage industries.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the union budget announcement on 1st Feb 2022 by Indias Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman on S&P BSE Sensex stocks considering the S&P BSE 500 as a proxy market by applying the event study technique. The Assam region, with its diverse universities, provides a unique setting for this comparative study. As higher education institutions strive to create environments conducive to learning, understanding the degree of agreement or disagreement on civility-related aspects becomes paramount. This study not only explores the varied perceptions among stakeholders but also utilizes statistical tests such as Kendall's W and Chi-Square to generate hypotheses, contributing to a robust understanding of the factors influencing the civility atmosphere. The need for such an investigation arises from the evolving landscape of higher education and the growing importance of holistic development within academic settings. It is established from the several economic theories that savings and investment are the two determinants of the overall economic welfare of the people. One of the avenues of investment is the equity shares. It is capable of providing the return highest of all the avenues of investment. But investment in equity shares is not risk free. There is a need for proper investment education in case of equity investment. Off late there are several instruments where equity share is present. It may be pension plans, mutual funds, insurance etc. Therefore, the paper describes about the need for investment education in case of investment in pension funds for planning the retirement, investment in insurance, mutual funds and direct investment in equity shares. The paper also throws light about the importance of equity investment education for employees' stock option plan.

We come across the statement elsewhere that ‘recession is about the creative Human Resources Management’. The HRM Function is asked to bring new ideas, to change the HRM processes and to develop or change the procedures. And this effort has to be cheap or it has to cut the costs of the organization. The HRM Innovation is easy in times of the business growth, but the recession is not good for big innovative HRM Initiatives. Still, we can distinguish the HR innovation to face the recession in many literatures. The present paper aims to appreciate HR innovations out of recession by applying an appreciative text analysis of existing literature. To achieve the central aim of the study, the authors wants to categories the techniques of HR Innovations and also attempting to find out the fulcrum of innovation in the referred literatures with the support of email survey and thus, the paper appreciates the post crisis HR innovation practices in India.

This paper proposes the possibilities of holistic approach of the subjective well-being. In developing approach, a model was developed to evaluate to cognitive judgement of individuals.
