Piau-tiám (Eng-gí: punctuation), khah kū-sek ê kóng-hoat sī tiám-kù[1], sī sú-iōng khang-ūi, kì-hō, ia̍h sī kî-tha hong-hoat, lâi pang-chō͘ chèng-khak lí-kài bûn-chiong ê kang-hu, pau-koat ēng chhiú-siá, ìn-soat, he̍k-chiá sī tha̍k-chhut siaⁿ-im lâi tián-hiān. Khah phó͘-thong ê tiám-kù tio̍h sī sú-iōng phiau-tiám hû-hō ê hē-thóng tī bûn-pún téng-bīn chò kì-hō.
