Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

The Shadow Pass is a road in the Akkala Highlands connecting the South Akkala Stable to the East Akkala Stable that cuts through a dense forest. At the northern and southern sections of the forest, Link can find broken Guardians, which can be searched for Ancient Materials. Also at the northern end are the remains of a wagon, which travelers may take refuge under. On one of the sides of this wagon, Link can find a Rusty Shield.

Chabi can be found in the Shadow Pass, defending herself from a Bokoblin. Similarly, the Gerudo and Goron travelers, Laroba and Naddon, can be seen walking through the Shadow Pass. The Hylian traveler, Pitar, can also be seen riding through the Shadow Pass on horseback. The northeastern section of the Shadow Pass's forest is situated on a lowered segment of land. Bokoblins have set up an encampment in this spot, atop of which rests a wooden Treasure Chest that contains a Purple Rupee, valued at 50 Rupees. The walls around this lowered area also feature Ore Deposits and Luminous Stone Deposits.

A Korok can be found atop a large pine tree in the northwestern section of the forest.
