Cool Safflinas can be found growing in the snow of the Hebra Mountains and Gerudo Highlands .[1] They also sprout near Tera's Great Fairy Fountain in the Gerudo Desert . Cooking Cool Safflinas in a Cooking Pot will result in Meals that grant Link Heat Resistance when eaten.[1] At the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village , Cool Safflinas can be used to create Light Blue Dye .
