Ball of Light
Balls of Light are recurring Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1] Balls of Light go unnamed in Breath of the Wild.
Location and Uses
Four Swords Adventures
During the final battle with Ganon, Princess Zelda instructs the Links to hold the beast at bay until she can draw enough power to summon a Ball of Light.[1] Once the four heroes do enough damage to Ganon through Dead Man's Volley attacks, he is stunned and Princess Zelda casts her Ball of Light. The Ball circles Ganon while he's downed, and will continue to do so until the Links knock it into him with their Bows. This strike allows the Shrine Maiden to surround Ganon and seal him within the Four Sword for good.
Breath of the Wild
During "Zelda's Awakening", Zelda summons a massive Ball of Light that frees the attacking Guardians from Calamity Ganon's influence, saving Link from certain death.
