Not only great for Baby Led Weaning but for toddlers too! These sweet potato and tuna tots contain only 3 ingredients and are egg free unlike many other tot recipes. 

🐟 Tuna is rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids making it a great food for little ones. Tuna is safe for babies 6 months+. Tuna does contain mercury, but small amounts of mercury are safe for your little one. 

👶🏼 suitable from 6 months +

❄️ suitable for freezing up to 3 months

1 large sweet potato, cooked
1/2 tin of tuna
20g cheese, grated

1.Preheat oven to 180c and line a baking tray with baking paper 
2.Add your cooked sweet potato, tuna and cheese into a bowl and mash with a fork until well combined

Em Sayers on Instagram: "For babies from 6-12 months, make sure you skip the sweetcorn or mash it. Suitable once allergens have been introduced. 

Light canned tuna is recommended to use for babies as has lowest mercury levels. Tuna is good to be offered but ONLY in moderation so every now and again.

🍣Tuna Melt Fingers 🍣

2 Slices of bread 
1 Egg beaten 
Handful of cheese 
Butter for frying
Tuna mixed with sweetcorn and greek yoghurt  or mayo for older kids.

Cut crust off, roll bread flat. Add filling and cut into strips. Dip in egg and fry in butter  on a medium heat,  turn to ensure egg is cooked. This should take no longer than 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
