While it's true that some translucent clays can take on a slight beige or amber tint after baking, it doesn't have to be the case for all of them. ✨ Pro Tip: Make sure your oven is baking the correct temperature and that you COVER your work when you bake it. It helps! Be aware that Cernit, Pardo, and Fimo have the least color after baking white Premo is naturally always going to be buff-colored. Using alcohol inks in various warm colours from the lovely @resin8uk you need various warm tones for this to look affective as well as some deep brown and black inks. I have paired the inks with translucent @cernit.usa 🍁 1. Roll out your clay to 3mm in thickness. 2. Add your inks starting with the lighter colours first. 3. Use a small piece of clay to ~smush~ the colours around and to create blends. 4. Leave the inks to set for 5 minutes before taking away the excess moister with copy paper, this is very important as any leftover moisture will create a bubbles in your cured pieces. 5. Roll out a piece of translucent clay as thin as you can and lay this on top. 6.
